Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI had a great overnight stay after landing relatively late in the evening in Faro. The hostel was like 7min by foot from the airport and the hosts were both really nice. It’s a beautiful house, was very clean and quiet to sleep in after a long day. After checking out, I could stay and use the amenities until my bus was leaving in the afternoon. I was positively surprised!

Very clean and convenient for one night stay for early flight, fast check in and nice staff. Beds were clean, and all other room, kitchen, shower room and toilet were clean. 8 min walk to the airport.

Unfortunately I only spent my last night in Faro here. I arrived and was greeted by a really talkative lady. She showed me around and I was surprised how cozy the hostel were. I was in a room with 7 ladies and it was so quiet and relaxing. The showers were stylish and super clean. The walk to the airport was like 5 min tops. I will definitely stay here again

United KingdomOne shower seemed to be stuck on luke warm. The hand dryer the other side of our door was a little intrusive when you are trying to get to sleep before an early flight. There seemed to be sand in the bed even before we got in.
Good location, clean facilities and friendly staff, we arrived just after 10 pm and were received well, the showers and toilets were very clean. Overall it was a really good venue

Near airport, reasonable, I travelled alone so felt safe, Maria was Lovley. It was my first time staying in a hostel it was a positive experience and all the previous reviews were why I stayed there it was excatly what they had said so 10 out of 10 for me. It was 5 min walk in morning to airport, 3 min in a taxi was €6.50 as I got in very late at night.

United KingdomLiterally nothing, everything was perfect. Maybe just remember to label all your food items and to keep toiletries in your room, just because the cleaning staff is overly zealous sometimes!
The hostel is one of the best I’ve been in. Everything is brand new, nicely decorated and extremely clean, with cleaning staff coming in every day and spending most of the day making the place sparkle. The complimentary oranges for juice were amazing. The garden is lovely, and it’s perfectly possible (even at 8 months pregnant) to walk to the beach. It’s also a short bus ride to Faro centre and the nature reserve is also walkable from there. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, they rearranged all the bed attributions so I could have a lower bed because I’m pregnant. It’s also a 10 min walk from the airport. I would go again in a heartbeat.

We spent the last night of our holiday in Faro so we were close to the airport for our departure the next morning. This place is within walking distance of the airport. We are a family of four and had a private room to ourselves. The bunk beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There was AC and mosquito net on window to keep them out. the bathroom was shared however this wasn’t a problem. It was spotless, spacious with several showers toilets and washbasins. We loved the decor. Really tastefully done. The lady that greeted us and showed us to our room was welcoming and friendly. Shared kitchen was clean with all the facilities you’d need to make a meal. Although we didn’t use the kitchen as we went into the old town for evening meal which made we realise we needed to spend more time in Faro as it is a lovely place with lots of character.
