We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalOnce having paid for the suite, having been asked to change tables, at breakfast, for a table, which was totally dirty on the floor, underneath, instead of using a table which had a room number on, but to which nobody ever showed up. At least, if it is for having tables booked, for the usual old guests, it might as well ask the time, in which they will be willing to use the thables. Asking other guests to move from the table they choose, for the guests who go there every year, it is not so nice... I do know you can always accommodate guests, as family. The atmosphere is nice and all, but future guests are also important and may keep on coming for longer years... Just a guess.. Also having been asked to drink something, by the insisting night receptionist, when just trying to be nice and wanting to pay... was not so pleasant either... Please be careful with this kind of behaviour...
The staff. the professionalism. The cleaning. The bed. the food. The variety at the restaurant. The location. The kindness of the staff serving a delicious Sunday lunch and the accommodating they were, by fitting in a last minute guest.

The location is amazing. 3 min walk to the thermal baths. We got the river view twin room with a clean view of the river, amazing sun exposure, and great size. Continental beds with the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean crisp sheets, all one can ask for. Tv with a great number of channels. Bathroom with tub, where I did a delightful bubble bath. Super friendly staff, always with a smile and ready to help. They have a sauna, a turkish bath, an outdoor pool, and a gym ready for use. I did not use it, but I visited and it was prestine clean and with a lot of showers and changing space. The restaurant is very fairly priced, and breakfast is a simple portuguese healthy style, which I love. I will always go back to this hotel!

PortugalGreat location very close to the thermal bad, good parking, the colors in the lounge, the atmosphere in general is incredibly welcoming with many sofas, and a good interior design. The room is spacious and with a small terrace. I asked to stay 2 hours longer for the checkout and didn't pay anything. I will surely return here when back in São Pedro.

United Kingdomthe breakfast was not what we were expecting. Coffee machine not good.no chef so no fried eggs. Not staff so no service. Watered orange juice no cut fruit. Whole fruit quite limited but for you to cut yourself and no one cleared away. Some of the staff were eating and drinking as well as they came in to work. None of this was awful but it was strange and let it down.
The hotel was lovely.the room spacious. The balcony view a joy. We ate one evening meal and it blew us away with its simplicity and flavour.

PortugalOur room was above the restaurant and every time a chair was moved we heard it. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Clean and modern hotel, with plenty of seating. Room was a good size, large shower, comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the river. In general the staff were friendly and helpful.
