We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

friendly and welcoming staff. very designed interior (def not your everyday stay), small roof pool (though all 8 deck chairs were taken in the hot weather). best breakfast you will see anywhere.

CanadaWe were in room 201. A corner suite. The noise level from the intersection was quite loud, especially early mornings. The windows did not seem to close firmly enough to keep out the sound. It was noisy, but a lovely suite.

This property is modern and well decorated. The rooms are small but comfortable. It is very clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The location was only 5-10 minutes from the city gates and parking was free with spaces on two sides of the building as well as the side streets which is where we parked. Staff were friendly. The pool is great however the water was cold so we did not use it. Would definitely stay here again.

Germanythe windows could be more soundproof. the TV software blocks using the HDMI connection. Since we don't speak Portuguese and brought an HDMI cable to watch from our laptop, the TV was basically useless for us. I hope the hotel fixes to his.
Nice hotel, newly built. we got a free upgrade and stayed int he Junior Suite, which was quite nice. the food in the bar was really delicious.

This hotel is great!! So clean, trendy and the location was perfect. We loved the restaurant bar and the breakfast had a ton of selections! The roof top pool was the best part. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, wonderfully decorated - new fresh and clean. Parking outside is plentiful and the hotel is safe and secure with wonderful rooms. Checking in/out is easy with friendly staff. Superb pool and gym and breakfast is fantastic. Don't hold back on a cocktail or two in their bar when you return from the walled city. The chapel of bones is something to behold so don't miss this. Great breakfast as well. We loved this hotel.

BelgiumIt seems that on weekends there are parties with live music in the roof bar. So it can get quite loud and crowded. But the noise ended at 21.30.
The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. You could feel how they are proud of their own town and happy to help tourists to discover it from its best side. The location is very good and you can reach the old city comfortably on foot. The breakfast choice is quite good as well.
