It's just a little detail but if I have to say, shampoo and shower gel could be better.

Totally perfect stay. Very clean (especially bathroom). Comfy bed, clean linens. Air condition is very silent and works well. Decoration is good. The rooftop restaurant is well-decorated. foods are very tasty.

As a new property, some issues are still to be solved: the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night, apparently due to a misfunctioning. The Roof Top bar was a bit expensive, and the pool was small. There wasn't much space in the wardrobe.

The location was very convenient, near the old town and touristic area, but in a quiet block. The staff was very warm, trying their best to help whenever requested. The building was new, clean, cozy, and pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic. Wifi works properly.

No hot breakfast options, eating cold bacon and eggs not the best. Location good, but street not the best, groups hanging around, boarded up shops and graffiti. Wouldn't want to walk on the street late at night.

I had to request a shower rubber mat to prevent a fall, they had none so was given a cotton mat each day. Pool area very small, other guests spread out so u able to sit or easily enter pool. Street location awful, vagrant begging and harassing us for money as we tried to stop outside hotel to Check in. Front desk staff and Manager had to help us. Underground g Parking area difficult to leave.

Breakfast area pleasant. Front staff excellent, friendly and helpful with making restaurant reservations.

Hotel was great and staff were even better! As a vegan, I felt really welcomed. When I went to have breakfast on the first day they prepared vegan food for me, grilled veggies, quinoa bites and banana pancakes (my favourite). They also brought warm oat milk to my table for my coffee. On the second day, the staff were waiting for me with some nice vegan veggie pie and a chocolate cake for dessert! It feels great to have different options for breakfast and I really appreciate it. I have to highlight the excellent service of Maria, the lady that works during breakfast as she was amazing! Thank you Maria for being so nice to me and my sister, we will always remember you! If I could recommend some other vegan options for breakfast that would be: - Vegan irish breakfast - Avocado toast - Scrambled tofu - Vegan pastry such as croissants - Porridge or chia pudding But let me say that what I had was great, specially the banana pancakes! Thank you so much for having us at the hotel, I will recommend it and we will be back.

Nothing. It was a wonderful stay! Would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is brand new, stylish and full of thoughtful amenities and features. The rooftop restaurant and pool area has a beautiful view and the staff are equally wonderful. The rooms are super comfortable and beautiful and have sweet positive affirmations as decor. I really liked the the power outlets also have USB and USB-C ports which is very convenient for international travelers. Very close to loads of wonderful eateries and walkable to all the attractions in town.

Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. So much choice for breakfast. Great area by the swimming pool for a drink.

In the room it was always a bit cold, but it was easily fixed by AC. Also there were no windows which could be opened to get fresh air.

Everything: location, room size, quietness, very friendly people around, very delicious breakfast, amazing terrace with the bar.
