Had one issue with a broken hot water tap on the sink in Room 11. Fortunately it was at the end of our stay and did not inconvenience us too much much. Staff were attentive and apologetic.

Great location for restaurants. Quiet. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of variety. Ate in the beautiful breakfast room. Our room was exceptional, it was very spacious and was very clean, it opened up to garden and pool. We had a coffee machine and some lovely free treats in the fridge!!!!

My second review as this hotel is so special and wanted to share sunny photos of the gorgeous garden.Very relaxing with the tropical plants and the gentle sound of the beautiful birds.lying round the pool. Already booked a return as my stay has been exceptional thanks to the amazing staff.

Fabulous boutique hotel in excellent central Cascais location but very peaceful. The staff are exceptional and the vibe is very chilled. Perfect place to enjoy delights of Cascais.

Very beautiful place for stay in a beatufil city location with excellent breakfast. Everything about our stay at Villa Vasco da Gama left us with upscale impression. Staff at reception was very helpful and patiently explained us specifics with the parking in Cascais core suggesting better areas for cheaper options of overnight parking. Room was very comfortable and clean, shower was awesome and even minibar in the room was complimentary which we doidn't open though becasue Villa has so many other beatufil places around to eat and drink.

Everything was ok.

Location was only 6 minutes from Cascais center so very easy to get there. One could easily walk there from train station. There were also restaurants nearby so one could have dinner easily. Hotel was very nice and in good condition. Not too big hotel but reasononable zice and personal old familyhouse which was renovated nicely. It was very nice to spend time there. Behind house there was a little green backyard to spend time in peace. Hotel had also a small bar.

The shower was overflowing and leaking making the floor wet.

Very nice room and super comfortable bed. On arrival there were free water bottles and amenities in the fridge. The tv is connected to a box where you can access Netflix and Amazon Prime. The lady at the reception was also really friendly and helpful.

Our room on the top floor was awkward as the room sloped on either side of the bed. Always ducking down to avoid the ceiling.

While the garden is a lovely place to have breakfast, when the weather is poor, the breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests. It might be an idea to set up some extra tables in the bar for busy mornings to give people a bit more room. The coffee is terrible. The push button coffee dispensers are awful and really let down an otherwise acceptable breakfast offering. We would happily have paid extra for a decent galão from a proper coffee machine.

A beautiful property in a quiet part of town. Close to all amenities and a short walk to the beach, the park and the Paula Rego museum. The rooms are elegant, clean and a reasonable size. The garden and pool area are delightful. The staff are available but not overbearing.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Villa Vasco de Gama. The location is close to everything but in a very beautiful, peaceful and quiet area and the building itself is gorgeous. We had a ground floor room, it was spacious with a huge and very comfortable bed and looked out to the lovely pool. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. It was a perfect escape, I would love to stay there again.

The breakfast was AMAZING. I was impressed with the variety of food and the dining space. The villa as a whole is so clean, beautiful and very well located. The staff is very friendly and the garden/pool area is the perfect place to unwind. I would definitely come back here!
