Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. Many facilities of which a barbecue but we did have the opportunity to use it. Thank you Maria for the lovely stay !

We visited in a heat wave and didn't anticipate how hot it would be. Our room was equipped with a ceiling fan and we had a gorgeous garden and pool steps away and we would have benefitted from a free-standing fan in our room. We didn't think to ask for it as we were disoriented from our travel.

The location and proprietor were as wonderful as one could wish. We felt right at home and yet had all the privacy we wanted. The proprietor helped us with our special requests and was very gracious.

The neighbourhood has lots of dogs so at times it gets a bit loud. But it is manageable

Maria was there to welcome us and give us a full tour of the property. She was amazingly hospitable and friendly. She made recommendations on where to eat and the options for taxi's etc. The room was spacious and well decorated as was the rest of the property. The pool was wonderful and populated with lots of sunbeds and towels for us to use. Vila De Sol has BBQ's that guests can use as well as communal fridges, complimentary tea and coffee and a large communal lounge available. We would definitely return to this wonderful accommodation. Thank you.

It is a little far from the town and beach of Sesimbra. Whilst the accommodation, we had a three bedroom apartment, is clean and comfortable it’s a bit old and dated. There are also some ‘interesting’ mannequins scattered around the house!

Maria the host is really lovely. She is so friendly and welcoming and attentive. The house is set in a lovely, quiet location with a beautiful garden and pool area.

Even if it is just for one night, I loved the setting, location! Lovely features throughout the building, garden, pool….but above all the lovely host! Really and truely cares about the well-being of her guests! Totally recommend.

Awesome place where you truly feel at home, shame we couldn't stay longer. Location is superb, close to great beaches, Sesimbra and super quiet. It's been great sharing experiences with other guests at breakfast,we'll definitely miss such a good start of the day. Maria is the best host ever, super keen to help,give advice and endeavours to make sure you have a great stay. We'll definitely come back, can't wait!
