Hostel has no manager, so you are stucked with your problems. Only contact is online. There is no cleaning at all. If you need something you have to find a made and ask her for towels.... Contact numbers are only for booking. After that you are on your own. Our room had 5 issues, 3 were resolved next day because the owners red on comments and they came to fix it. But for hair drier not working there was no answer and we have an infant. The door at the bathroom couldnt close so there was some smell in the room and humidity signs on the wals. The owners are really nice but they do not live there. With a manager it eould be 8.5+ place.

Good location in the center. 600m from the beach, supermarcet is and many other shops. Very good living room with citchen. Bathroom is nice but small, rooms are rather small. We have stayed 2+3 nights and the owners gave us same room for 3 last nights though it was 15€ more expensive. They are really nice, but they were there exidentaly.

We stay for 5 night in the end of july, and every day early in the morning there were workers in the same building making a lot of noise at 8.30 am. ATTENTION...... Please change the easiest password of the Word. Guess the password of apartment 11. Need a combination of 4 Number in the range: 1,2,3,4; and there was no way to lock from the inside !!DANGEROUS!!

Good position near to the main street and 5minutes on the beach. The room 11 has a very good ventilation.

The bathroom was super small with no window which meant the bathroom constantly smelt damp. There was a ceiling fan which we left the fan on majority of our stay but it was pretty dirty so don't think it helped much. The room and the bed was a decent size although the mattress was rock solid and the pillows weren't great. I did wake up a few mornings with a really sore back, shoulders and neck. Would recommend buying new pillows

The bathroom in our room was really small but a bit bigger on another one. A big person would have trouble using the toilet in ours. Other than that, it was as described.

The location and price were great. The common kitchen and lounge area were very nice, clean and organized. Because it was low season, we did not meet anyone else in the building. It was very quiet.

Room Was never clean which It's something i wasn't informed that I had to do it myself. cleaners often forgot to dispose of the kitchen bin. ( but message the owner and dealt with it promptly)Blind on my roof window was broken and didn't gave me a complete black out, waking me and my son very early. Appart from that all was good .😊

Room was nice and owner was very helpful when I needed help . And all the other guests very friendly. Location was perfect .Felt like I was in my own apartment 😊

Pillows were rubbish. Not firm or good size Pillows, too flat and had neck pain following day. Toilet seat cover gets shut and doesn't stay open. It was really annoying. Toilet has some drain smell due to no ventilation I believe.

No one to clean your room or check if you needed more toilet paper. I was there for one week my room wasn't cleaned and my towels were not changed even after asking then if they were able to do it and getting a reply that they would send someone to come. Messages send to them would take a while to respond.

Liked that even with no meals being provided I had a kitchen that I could use and cook if I wished. Easy to access, very closed to the beach and local restaurants.

The smell in the bathroom- apparently the whole Lisbon has the same problem, it's from the sewage, it got slightly better with open windows and the fan constantly working in the loo.

The main issue was the room was still occupied when I arrived at 8.30pm. I called and they did get the room clear and cleaned and I was in by 10.00pm. Communication about what was happening during that time was poor

The room smelled bad, there were "patch" jobs on the bathroom basin, the neighbours were extremely loud and disrespected the 22h00 rule... Didn't sleep well at all. They were noisy until 03h00. Didn't like that there wasn't a fridge in the room and it was in a common area. It was a mission to find the place and the room. Very impersonal that there was no one to welcome us and we had to do and find everything on our own.

Very small apartament for the price. Bathroom could be cleaner. I did not like the beach that was closest to the apartment - water dirty with plástics and it was very overcrowded. Water freezing at 16 degrees not enjoyable

I liked tge fact it was close to the beach abd bars and restaurants. The shared kitchen and lounge was useful. But several things missing from the Kutcher and toastee did not wirk

The bathroom was horrible and smelled like moist. It was very unpleasant. It doesn’t feel safe since the codes to the rooms are very easy to guess. I would not recommend to stay in this place.

The room I was given had a terrible mould / musty smell / stench. There is clearly water damage underneath the bathroom floor. I had to keep the bathroom exhaust fan on the whole time I was there. The smell was really bad. I had asked to be changed immediately but there was absolutely no response from the staff at all. Also there are tiny ants all over the place and they should have some pest control put in place. See photos of ant/s and mould under bathroom floor as evidenced at the doorway where the flooring transition piece has moved and it is clearly visible.

The room is quite small, could be an inconvenient if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors :-) and there is an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Luckily, we did not spent that much time inside.

Very good positioning, easy to check-in - no hassle with the keys - and it is really nice to have a living room area to chill and hang out, as the bedroom is quite small. Very quick access to restaurants near-by (we could literally see it from the window of the room).
