The only thing we would change is the size of the bed. It was a bit narrower than we are used to.

The accomodation was luxurious and the homeowner Fátima was really nice and willing to help us with everything we needed.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! We can’t thank Fàtima enough for her kind hospitality. The view from the garden is amazing and it is so lovely to read a book in with a drink once you return home. Outdoor shower is brilliant for after the beach! The fruit trees in the garden were amazing - a calming oasis above Machico. The room and communal area were spotless and we loved coming back to the house in the evenings and cooking. The house was so nice we almost didn’t want to go out! Absolutely loved our stay and would return.

Fátima was an exceptional hostess : the sweetest and most helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, and we had all the equipment we needed : clean towels, additional blankets, handsoap, available wardrobe,… The room had an amazing view on the town and access to a very cute garden. We had access to a very well organized and equipped kitchen, along with a laundry room. I would recommend this location 100% : the hostess was very responsive and always attentive to our needs. Thank you for an amazing stay !

Above the city you sometimes can hear dog barks from a dog pound in the early morning or late at night. But it was not such an issue what will rob your sleep. Only a bit annoying...

This location is perfect to explore the whole island. The appartment is very new, comfortable and spacious as well. Fatima and her family are very friendly people and are super nice hosts. If we come back to the island we would book the apartment again!

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the wonderful garden, with its stunning view over Machico, invites you to relax and enjoy the scenery. Everything is really modern and clean. The landlady was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.

Everything was more than we expected.

My recent stay at this property in Machico was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the lovely lady who welcomed us. Her friendliness and enthusiasm set the tone for our entire stay, making us feel like valued guests. The property itself is a true gem. It's impeccably clean and newly arranged, showcasing an impeccable attention to detail. The interior is tastefully decorated, and the highlight, of course, is the breathtaking view of the ocean and the city below. It was a feast for the eyes every morning and evening, and we couldn't get enough of it. The beautifully landscaped garden and relaxing area were a sanctuary of tranquility. We spent our mornings sipping coffee while taking in the stunning view and our evenings watching the sunset, all in the comfort of this serene outdoor space. It's a perfect spot for unwinding and rejuvenating. The property offered a wealth of commodities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is half way up a steep slope. Not unusual for Madeira. This could be problematic for anyone with walking disability or impairment and who is without a car. Basically its a question of fitness. Mind you I am 71 year old and I did manage to walk up and down the hill on several successive days Please note that it is NOT a criticism, just an observation that is highlighted here and does not detract from an overall excellent experience

Extremely clean and comfortable with comprehensive amenities provided for self catering. Great views in a quiet area. Very pleasant, friendly and very helpful owner, Fatima, who went out of her way to way to help, advise and assist.
