The property was looking a little tired in places which could be as a result of the building becoming vacant due to the pandemic and could do with a little renovation

I loved everything about this stay. I first visited before the pandemic in Nov 2019 when I last visited Portugal, however was staying elsewhere in the area, and discovered the hotel whilst out on a walk, so to be able to stay here was an absolute treat. It was a total R&R vacation, and I did exactly that and the staff were so accommodating. Special mention goes out to the following members of staff who made my trip very memorable: Dueilian, Miguel whose service was impeccable. Also Laura and Juan who were very helpful. Chef Rui Amaral who made the most amazing seafood negro pasta and sea bass dishes and Chef Nidia for her amazing dessert.

everything was great with our stay. I would only stay that it may feel like a labyrinth a little so on arrival it might be a good idea to give out a map with layout.

The only thing we would have preferred was thinner pillows. The position of the shower screen meant you had to get into the bath to turn taps on.

Breakfasts were excellent with unlimited choice of Cooked, choice of Cereals, choice of fresh fruits and Yogurts, freshly made bread and rolls, waiter service for Coffee and Champagne!! Tables were nicely spaced out with table cloths. The standard room was very spacious and well equipped with Fridge, TV had 3 English channels, Zircon was good and very importantly the WiFi was great. We liked the way the rooms were laid out in the complex and were very quiet.

The fact that the shower is shared between the two bathrooms of the apartment is not very pleasant. Location is not ideal, but the conditions of the resort completely make up for the it. The lighting of the living room could be brighter. The indoor pool schedule was not correct inside of the pool building which led to a misunderstanding when we got told it would close soon on a saturday 1 hour earlier than we thought.

The staff was very pleasant, the facilities were great, the breakfast has a lot of options. The apartment was very comfortable with a lot of space and well equipped kitchen. Special mention to the indoor pull with sauna and jacuzzi.

Pillows. Too hard for me unfortunately, but that’s personal taste. Just a small shame house keeping didn’t replace coffee pods and water daily (bear in mind we spent 5 days).

Most everything. Excellent staff at reception, restaurant and maintenance (who kindly opened our safe). Large accommodation with all self catering facilities. Excellent location for the purpose of visit. Peaceful.

The Jacuzzi, steam and sauna area, it needed a deep clean. Everything else was very nice.

The facilities were great, the staff were very accommodating, rooms were very comfortable and homely a great size great for a family vacation. Great spa, lovely rural location but still close to amenities and costal views.

if you expect a 5 star hotel this isn’t going to meet your expectations especially in off-season. pools are not heated and kid club closed. Most of all we didn’t know the half board dinner was not buffet, and the food selection was quite limited. The entire facilities including the rooms are quite outdated as well and they charge €10 euro service charge for room service per service on small orders.
