We were surprised with an amazing upgrade, from a booked hotel room we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom house with a terrace and garden, We were also give vouchers for wine and for discount on diners. We also had free use of health club with a gym, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Everything was really clean and smelling lovely. The staff was very kind and helpful and friendly.

The location is great if you have a car, without you need a taxi or Uber which racks up ££ unless you’re happy staying at the hotel. They have a shuttle but it only runs in and it’s it of town once a day at the same time.

We were upgraded accommodation and it was absolutely beautiful, the pool area is really nice and the gym and jacuzzi were good. Breakfast was really good but a bit expensive as we paid when we got there.

There were not enough Sun-beds around the pool, unless you went down to the pool first thing you would miss out which was frustrating. People should be discouraged from reserving sun-beds and not using them for hours. Also a small thing but the pillows on the beds were really uncomfortable. Everything else in the apartment was great.

The two bed apartment was spacious, nicely fitted out and really comfortable. Staff were lovely and the pool was nice.

Our favourite place in the Algarve. Well equipped, modern and spacious apartment in high end setting. Pool and bar are superb with great vibe. Lovely people (guest and staff). It’s in the middle of nowhere but Ferragudo is lovely little local village/town and Praia da Rocha only 12 euros in an Uber.

The opening time of the gym/indoor pool area was 0900!!! For a hotel of this standard it is far too late. Opening needs to be at least 0700. Especially when breakfast finishes at 1030

Room - Pillows were too hard, had difficulty falling asleep, and had slight neck pain in the morning. Pool facilities - To use the pool facility it is asked that a swimming hat is brought at €6 per hat.. This is not mentioned prior to booking.

Facilities were really nice, had everything one would expect in a Spa resort. The room was nice, comfortable bed, and very spacious with a nice view.

Not many beds in the indoor pool so most of the time we couldn't place our towel anywhere

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable and so big that we ended up sleeping parents and 2 kids together most of the nights. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Some of the spa facilities were bot functioning but the inside pool was very nice.
