Nothing bad to say about the place! We think the reviews are really unfair to the place. All the photos are accurate, and every problem is solved really quickly. We would go back without a second thought!

Right from the start, everything was wonderful. We stayed here for four days and we never encountered any problem! The host, Lourdes, was really helpful right from the beginning, resolving any doubt we had right away and even giving us a tour on the phone :) The flat is huge and spacious and there is everything you need. Although the location is a little bit far from the city centre, there is a bus stop that takes you to the city centre really quickly, and if that is not for you then getting an Uber/Bolt ride is quick and cheap. The neighbourhood is lovely, and we were provided with a list of places to see there! Only thing I would mention is that sometimes you can hear people from the flat above, but this was not any problem for us, but since it could 'bother' someone we thought it might be nice to mention it.

Very minor stuff, although there are adequate dishes and cutlery they are a mishmash i.e. not similar. There were no wine glasses we left 2 for the next guests (happy to do so). Had a minor issue with the shower rose, fortunately being a handyman I was able to rectify it, and the host is aware.

Very authentic and cozy one-bedroom apartment, a real Portugal lifestyle feeling. Our host Lurdes was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is very convenient close to both Alcantara Mar and Terra train stations and the bus stops are over the road and a small walk away depending on where you want to go. Coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and a major supermarket are all within easy walking distance. We stayed for 32 nights.

we were cheated by the host when we were booking the apartment we agreed to pay damage deposit amount of pay EURO 150 and we accepted it for the damage for the equipment that we used. It was fair as for the valuable guests. Unfortunately, the guests do not know the structural damages of their building and we don't know how the fittings are correctly installed and operated. However, the host charged from us unfairly for the structural damages. we hoped to discussed and meet with host but he disappeared from us. we are not happy of the host's behavior. He charged the total amount of damage deposit with out our fault by sending SMS. Since the fault of the drainage lines were occurred of their premises, water leaking was there to down floor. What was happened behind the gusts activities. But we were not informed any incorrect installation or followed things when we were there as honorable host. It was unfair and the host is cheating the gusts and collect the money unfairly. Therefore, we are not recommend this apartment for any persons.

The main living area, kitchen, and dining area were fine. Crockery and cutlery were a bit of a variety. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were lovely, but the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were not so good. The bedroom was tiny for a double bed, probably most often used for children, but with all the adults in our party, we needed three double bedrooms. The wardrobe door was broken and we struggled to open and close it. The bathroom was also a little disappointing. From the rusty washing machine to the vanity unit that the wash basin leaked into, it seemed tired and unloved. Bit of attention to the third bedroom and second bathroom required!

Whilst the place was quite clean, some sheets definitely needed to be washed and cleaned again.

Location was very good. Frederico, the gentlemen who greeted us on location, was extremely helpful and friendly. The accomodation itself was quite comfortable and had all the utulities we required.

150€ deposit was payed first day in cash, expecting it to be handed back directly on departure..not days later by bank after close inspection after departure. If I had known I would have brought extra cash. Still waiting as I expect it will take a week max. Not clear in booking. Although it was ok for us, note that there are steeps steps (old building) and you hear planes landibg from 5am to 1am in August. Top bathroon shower wasn't used as doir did not seem to shut.

Perfect location. Bus 419 to Lisbon / Belem stops 20m away. VivaGem cards can be purchased and loaded in the lottery shop 50m away. I DO NOT recommend METRO nearby . It is the dirtiest I have seen in my life. With bus and tram you can do everything. 10min from LX factory. Area might look rough but it is safe. Car can be parked on the roads nearby for free. Beware of some small narrow roads in front of apartment if your car is big.. Enough kitchen facilities including washing machine. Air conditioning works. Big for 4 people.Frederico was very helpful and accessible.

I would not recommend this place. Even if it had a good price value, the flat heavily needs to be renovated and the owners could invest some money in it (I believe they have the whole apartments building). I couldn’t leave the building alone because I wasn’t strong enough to make the key work and let myself in. Old building, old apartment, old door. The bathroom door from one of the bedrooms was broken and couldn’t close it. It wasn’t really a place that you could leave in, few amenities and kitchen utensils, cleaning service not good. Even if we arrived in the requested check in time, we weren’t handed over the keys in person which would have felt more welcoming.

The apartment was big and had three bathrooms. The living room was nice and comfortable just to hang out. What I liked most was the location, although it is not in the city center, the street has anything you could wish for, a local market store with the best vegetables, pastelarias, amazing bakery, specialty coffee shop and one of my favorite restaurants down the street (Come Prima). The parking was free on the street but finding a place was purely based on luck.

Me and my family loved the place. It is clean, spacious and bright. Lurdas was very supportive and responsive to all our questions. Lots of restaurants, cafes around. Transportation is also very close(trams, train and bus). Very grateful for our vacation.
