The wardrobe was a good size but needed more coat hangers for clothes. The location of the hotel was quite a long way from the centre and the area seemed a bit dubious.

The comfort of the mattress, sheets, and pillow could be improved as they felt a bit worn. Also, the socket near my bed wasn’t working.

Hotel is basically built above metro line, so you will hear every train and feel a little shaking, but you get used to it. The staff, while absolutely professional, could have some empathy or be a little more communicative.

Classic breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese and traditional Portuguese cookies. All prepared very professionally. Room super clean and cleaned every day. Location is good, some 15 minutes of walk from city center and very close to the metro station. Enough bars around and some exceptional restaurants within 5 minute walk. Supermarket literally next door.

Nothing major and this point could be said about most hotels. Why is the there only 3 or 4 clothes hangers in wardrobes. These items are not expensive.

The room was very comfortable and there was a great selection of food both hot and cold food for breakfast. The hotel is only 30 yards from a metro station. The lounge is quite small but very nice to have a relaxing drink or meal to end the day. The reception staff were very helpful and it was just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Lisbon

It's a bit far from Baixa if you walk but there's a Metro few steps from the hotel so it's not that bad. The breakfast was not on the right level for such price per night. Low variety and the eggs were too much oily.

Nice hotel, room was cleaned daily, the staff was super kind. We checked out very early in the morning and they offered to pack us breakfast.

good solid hotel for a few nights in Lisbon. The location is really good due to both the metro and a supermarket right next to the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel breakfast really good

The location was good from a proximity to the city centre perspective but the area was a little run down around it.

We had a very big balcony which was lovely and the location was perfect. It was a 20 to 30 minute walk to the center which was mostly flat.

It would have been better if we were able to have coffee/ tea in the bedrooms. The bar was bare and not attractive to sit in.

We did not like the area too much, as you can see some homeless people, and people living in tents. This said, though, nothing bad happened during our stay. Another thing, was that you could hear noise coming from the nearby rooms.

We liked the big comfy room, the breakfast was good, and varied from day to day. It is within walking distance from Baixa, but also other areas. There is a metro station nearby, but we did not use that. There is a supermaket glued to the hotel, which is very convenient.

The lady from reception offered us to request for breakfast as we were checking out early but when it was time for checkout, no breakfast was available or none was prepared for us. Quite disappointing.

Big and spacious room, clean. A bit of noise as our room was facing a busy street.
