Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe restaurant staff was rude to guests on every occasion I was utilizing the dining room. They insisted on some patrons paying in cash and not using credit. Other times they mocked patrons for not understanding the menu, It was weird and completely opposite of the professionalism of the front desk staff.
The location is perfect. The room was beautiful and I loved my view!

We had five nights in this hotel. It was very different to any hotel we have stayed in before. We loved the decor throughout the hotel, very relaxing, dark colours. The bed was very comfortable with lovely crisp, white linen. Room was cleaned to perfection daily. It was quiet at night.

UkraineIt seems like the idea was to make something posh using some poorly experienced designers team. Everything looks fine but all the light switches, the e-curtains switches, the lift buttons combination — everything is counterintuitive. It took time to get used to manage the space. The hole instead of wc door handle can be dangerous for your fingers. Also you need to call room service in order to open windows. And there's no pool whatsoever, so the spa is basically not included, you just have an in-house facility with paid services.
The hotel is pretty, beds are comfy, everything is clear and the staff is absolutely wonderful. AC works good, the wifi is fine. The location is absolutely worth it.

ItalyA fine hotel in a period building in a central square. Strategic location for both walking and public transport. Amazing staff, courteous and helpful, being in the city centre in a busy area we asked for a room on the upper floors and were easily accommodated. Room large, bright, clean, with mini-bar, excellent wifi and very comfortable bed. Downstairs are nice bar and restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay!

An interestingly designed hotel. The front desk staff is really helpful no matter what inquiry you place with them. Furthermore, the communication start via WhatsApp even before the Check in. They really made the whole stay superb.
