Lovely house well located outside of the main city. Beautiful view to the ocean, the house was clean during our stay and the owner was always there for us whenever it was a question or a concern. We would totally come back here. Also the pictures of all the artists and their signature is amazing. Thank you boss man

We were a little confused about the bathroom which seemed to be shared (but in the end it was not). Also our room looked little bit differently that is on pictures (there are two big rooms in the house) but it was not problem at all.

Ocean view was beautiful. The village has a good location to go to Madeira trips from. The accommodation is on hill, so you definitely need a car (but it is must have for Madeira over all). House is good equipped, everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and owner is kind and willing to help. In the context of the price, this accommodation is really a gem :)

Shared bathroom, but we knew about that when booking. To get to a local bar or restaurant was a car drive away rather than a stroll down the road, but again we knew that when booking. Wish we had booked a balcony room !

Great location with fantastic views ...and sunsets when the weather obliges. Ludgero was a very hospitable and engaging host and made us feel very welcome. Fantastic house and very clean and excellent value for the money.

A real pleasure to stay in this big home sarounded by very expensive homes. While I enjoyed the company with others staying there, I also enjoyed having the home completely to myself throughout most of the day. Excellent views, very clean. The bedroom and bathroom seemed like it's own apartment, very large. The owners husband and wife are very sweet, and I enjoyed sharing lots of stories with the owner.

Host should provide hand soap to the toilet. The bright white light led lamps everywhere didn't fit the house interior. Change of the light bulbs color would create a more cozy atmosphere in the rooms and the kitchen. The host should label the kitchen's garbage buckets so that people know which type of garbage belongs to which bucket.

The only one problem, the more powerful car is needed, becase the property is high on the mountain and far from everything ( on feet). But if you have a good car the house is perfect.

The house is big, bedrooms are big, my bedroom has a separate bathroom, it has a huge sitting room conected to very good equiped kitchen. The eindows are with the downhill wie to the ocean. The owner lives in the ground floor, on a separate appartment. He is very helpful and responding. His English is like a native, becaus he lived many years in London. The appartment has three separate bedrooms, so it is comfortable for 5-6 pax.
