Nice little apartment near many of Coimbra's tourist attractions. Jordy was really helpful with letting us store our luggage a bit earlier and later than check in and checkout which was a lifesaver for us.

It was really disappointing to arrive at the apartment and find the previous elderly couple had gone back into the apartment to ‘freshen up.’ The male was using the bathroom and then tried to give us helpful hints about the area. We had arranged to leave our bags earlier so this made finding them inside even more troubling. Perhaps change the code for each new arrival to avoid this.

No free parking as shown at the booking, but we felt lucky that some very friendly local people gave us some tips to find a way to sort it out.

It is a well decorated studio located very close to Sant Cruz Church and Sant Cruz Cafe where you can listen to very good Fado live musical for free （why not having a bottle of house wine with some snacks while listening to it). Other monuments are very close by. The room is not large but quite cozy. It's good for a couple, but a little bit small for three of us. Bed is comfortable, hot water pressure is great, the place is quiet and code entrance door is convenient to access.

Single bed was uncomfortable, There was a lot of noise from the street, and the area around was not nice. The bathroom vent was very noisy.

Communication with the host prior to our arrival was not optimal but it got better once we got there.

The location is really central yet accessible (Coimbra has many areas which aren’t easily accessible). The free parking was less than 5 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was really well furnished and well priced.

As mentioned by other reviewers, when there's chatter outside you hear it unfortunately. I can sleep through anything but I recommend light sleepers bring earbuds. It doesn't seem that it happens every night though - my second night the street was nice and peaceful.

Clean and comfortable with good appliances in the kitchen. Easy check in. Good for a few nights.

Great value for money but a few minor issues: No toiletries. Coffee machine available, but no coffee, no sugar supplied Could not find dish cloth/ sponge to wash dishes Living room area rug should be discarded as it is dirty.

There is parking nearby in a square, but I was unsure if it was allowed to park there, I was warned of tickets/towing. All other covered parking in the area are paid, but cash only.

The apartment is well located, first floor, accessible by door code, but it is on a pedestrian road, not too easy to find by car with GPS. Most attractions are easily reachable by walking. The apartment has an old style record player, with some vinyl records. The room is comfortable, single space together with the sitting and kitchenette. There is a nice patio with seating.

To find this studio we had to delve through a narrow rundown alley because it is not visible from the street. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and so it was the double bed.

The place is small but clean and well equipped. We got everything we need to be able to cook our meals .The washing machine with free detergent saved us from going to the laundromat :-) . The best surprise was the vinyl record player with choices of records from international artists. Saude! Amalia Rodrigues, the queen of Fado music.

The owner is very friendly and attentive. The space is very well organized, clean and has everything we need. Above all, it is a space with great taste and well located! If we come back again to visit Coimbra, we will book again Terrace-Green Essence.

One of the pillows was very poor quality, and gave me neck pain. The parties (probably students) outside our door were VERY loud so we could only fall asleep at 2am when the parties finished.

Very well equipped, nicely decorated, and good location to access the Main Street and restaurants and super market within walking distance. Easy self-checkin.
