We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PortugalA hairdryer and shampoo would be nice to use. Everything else was perfect. nothing to remark. For a one star hotel it was very good.
We only slept one night at "Hotel Terra Linda", which in my opinion, even deserved one more star. We all slept very well. The mattress, pillow and sheets were very comfortable. There is an emergency light in the room, mandatory by law, which was a bit annoying but we covered it with aluminum foil and it stopped being a problem. The room had a door to a nice little terrace. The bathroom was very clean and tidy, it's a shame there was no shampoo or hairdryer, but otherwise it worked perfectly. The location couldn't be better! Very central and close to everything, the train station, was near by. Mrs Adelaide who received us was kind. When we return there, that's where we will stay. Considering the quality/price, I recommend it.

PortugalThe stair going up are very stiff, dangerous for old people. The rooms were smaller than it seemed on the pictures and the view was to the inside valley, not amazing.
The reception lady was incredibly nice. Rooms were confortable.

GermanyWhen we arrived 1-1/2 hrs ahead of check in time and the friendly senhor didn’t allow us to go to our room. Not even when we returned 80 minutes later. In all our accommodations during the Camino, we were always allowed to go to our room earlier. Fortunately, when the Senhora arrived and she saw that my husband is tall, she moved us to another room “the most beautiful view in the house” she said.
Nice location in the old city center of Viana do Castelo. We were given a bigger room when the lady saw that my husband is tall…and we had a lovely view, too😀
