A small ironing table would be useful, but it wasn't an impediment. During our most intense walking day, the elevator was not working:))) but it was fixed the next day.

Nice apartment, cozy, good communication with the host. Self checkin, with indoor parking. Veery small parking spot, but no problem leaving the car on another place. 4th floor, with elevator. We got both washing pods and dishwasher pods, next to welcome coffee and water. I would recommend the apartment.

I wouldn't recomment the apartment for a family with two children. The maximum capacity should be 3 persons. The parking spot although well appreciated is too small for a normal car to fit in. It was also very unpleasant when we were informed by the landlord that he visited the apartment, while we were not there, in order to fix something, without letting us know first.

The location and the view from the apartment was nice. The center of the city was easily accesible. Clean and tidy with all the amenities that we needed.

The elevator wasn't working due to construction works in the building... Not so handy when you have lots of luggage, but we managed so all good at the end!

I wouldn’t change a thing!

The apartment was very easy to access and the instructions were very easy to follow. Luís was very communicative through my stay. The washer was easy to use and the expanded drying rack made it easy to get all of our clothes dry quickly.

The handheld shower head was very loose and came apart from the wall a few times, so that needs to be looked at. But other than that, nothing at all.

The property was very clean and well laid out, the bed was nice and spacious despite it being in a studio apartment. The kitchen area was the perfect size for us to cook and prep food, and the spacious cupboards and fridge/freezer were good for storage. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment and were very sad to leave it.

The studio apartment is in a very nice area of Lisbon, in total regeneration and really close to the station Ancantara-Terra. The place is new and beautiful, with all comforts.

The apartment was simply perfect, bright during the day and with all the necessities (even a hair dryer for straight and curly hair which was much appreciated) including washing machine and dish washer all kept in perfect condition. The view is also really beautiful, on the stunning bridge of Lisbon (Ponte 25 de Abril); I have enjoyed breathing sunsets from fat window ✨ The area is quiet and the apartment is actually close to supermarkets around Alcântara, more or less 10 mins by walk from Pingo Doce, super convenient. Luis, the landlord, was extremely kind and available since the very beginning, explained everything to me in a very clear way, and kept constant communication with me for anything needed, also gave me clear instructions on how to enter the building with codes, floor number and room number. I really hope I can come back here, very much recommended!

Nothing. This property is bang for the buck!

The apartment is very well located in terms of public transport in all directions. You can also comfortably walk to many touristic attractions. Several parks, cafes and restaurants within walking distance too. The apartment was super clean, modern and comfy with all the amenities and cooking utensils available. Highly recommend for 2-3 people. The host is also super responsive and accommodating - he ensured to make our stay comfortable. Superb view of the city from the apartment window too.

The lift was not working and we were with heavy luggage and had to go up by stars 4 floors.

Literally everything. Location, all utensils, comfortable bed, ac, view, clean bath, anyway, everything. The place is close to the Alcantara Terra and Alcantara Mar station. There's a bus stop by 4min walk. No problems to receive food. The owner answered all questions very fast. I really recommend the place. Everything looked like new.
