Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaIt is perfectly located, with restaurants all around, close to one of the main transit stations (tram, metro, train, etc). You can walk to most highlights. The apartment was really well designed and setup. It did not feel small or cramped at all. The cleaning staff was super nice and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived too early. We have nothing but good things to say about the place!

They thoughtfully provided a board with essential contacts, local restaurant recommendations, and nearby places to visit, which was very helpful. The location was perfect— in the heart of the city center, housed in a charming historic building. Although the apartment was small, it was cozy and ideal for a short stay.

We stayed in Studio 3/4 and we had an absolutely wonderful time here. The studio was perfect for us (family of four) - spacious, clean, very well equipped and full of character. The location is excellent. Staff were extremely helpful on arrival. We were a little early so they helped us get our luggage stored and recommended some fun things to do as a family in Lisbon. Would definitely return to this accomodation and thoroughly recommend.

MalaysiaThe location is at the fringe of the party town so you may hear whispers of the music and cheering in the early morning but it didn't really disturb our sleep.
Everything! It was cozy, spacious, quirky, refreshing and had everything we needed and more. We had some issues with the hot water in the shower (our fault) and they came to help out within the hour in the morning. Wonderful experience. Will go back again if ever in Lisbon!

CanadaFor someone coming from North America didn’t not expect to see cockroaches almost everywhere in Portugal even in restaurants and apartments. Had to take our trash and throw it outside few steps away from the building. Pillows however comfortable were small.
The location was central and our appartement was comfortable and was great for our family of 5. Host was very responsive and clear.

PolandThe apartment was on the upper floor of the building which geats really hot in the summer, so it's very hard to sleep without air conditioning. The AC is really strong, so you will have to set it carefully to avoid getting a cold.
Our studio was very comfortable, with cosy and tastefully furnished interiors. The location is unbeatable and management was very responsive to our questions.

United KingdomMezzanine steps wet quite steep and no lift for luggage. Air con didn’t travel up to the mezzanine but the fan up there really helped.
It was very easy to find. Compact but airy. Modern and had everything we needed. The facilities included everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Loads of places to eat and drink in the local area. Would definitely recommend.
