We were given an upper floor room with a balcony and a view of the mountains (accessible by lift or stairs). A good buffet breakfast was served in the first floor dining room which has a tree growing through it as part of the décor. There was free parking outside the hotel, which is a few minutes walk to the town centre. It made a good base for walking in the area.

The shower water was just slightly warm, not hot... It was not pleasant. The breakfast could have more variety. Some areas of the hotel need to be renewed, but this is more a visual thing because functionally is working fine.

The location is very good, near the garden with a great view. Everything was very clean. The bedroom was very spacious and has air conditioning. The pillows were very comfortable.

The pillows were not great quality, the shower only had a wand that you had to hold this made showering harder, the coffee was not great and you had to queue and wait for the toaster, These are only small things but the coffee has to be better.

It was a great location and we had a great check-in experience. The breakfast was generally good, they had a great selection of things to choose. The bedroom was a good size although the view wasn't great.

I didn't like the furniture in the room, there were no shelfs to put my clothes so we had to keep them in the baggage. In the wardrobe provided, there was only a rail, so would need to carry about 40 clothing rails to hang them all up. The breakfast provided was very limited, no vegetables, only bakery, eggs, sausage etc.

Cleanliness was 👌 Location very good. There could be a bar or something by the pool as in hot weather it was really difficult to survive without drinks and ice creams. We were there with family of 4 and will definitely go back :)

The hotel is situated in a lively, historic town with lots to see and great places to eat and drink. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming.

it was a bit anonymous, and in the breakfast room they had music on as well as the tv which was a bit disturbing. But the TV was switched off as soon as I mentioned it. It might be a bit noisy when full, as the walls appear a bit thin, but we were there with very few people so I wouldn't know. Picky folks might mind the dated decor and the bits and bobs that need a bit of TLC and DIY, but for this price, you could expect a lot worse and we were pleasantly surprised. So no real negatives really.

Great value for money! I love the location, the quaint decor with hand painted wooden furniture, the breakfast, the pool with palm trees, the free parking, the price. This is a place I would highly recommend for people looking for comfort and a great deal. We will surely come back!
