Very calm location, easy t get by car from the airport. Close the the ocean with a beautiful garden. It feels like a boutique hotel.

Beautiful place to stay! Enjoyed it a lot. Everything is nice about this place: big, clean and beautiful territory with palm trees and chickens walking around. Private parking, comfortable and safe. Rooms are spacious, fresh, lots of light and with everything you need, cleaning and towels changing every day. Great balcony with a garden view. Good breakfast, after it we felt full half of the day, also very nice that you can use coffee machine during the day. And of course, thanks a lot owners for their hospitality, everywhere is atmosphere of welcoming and caring! It was a great pleasure to stay at your place! Will definitely recommend!!! It was a perfect holiday with the perfect location. Breakfast was great and Beatrix and her team were just the best. Always helpful and friendly. She even organized us a rental car for our stay for great value! The location is very central. 15min drive to Ponta Delgada and other destinations are easy to reach too! We have booked the room with the shared bathroom, which was no issue at all. We only shared it with another couple and the bathroom was kept very clean and so the rest of the property. Very well looked after and spotless clean! Thanks for the amazing time and we are hoping to return one day! :)

There is nothing I could complain about.

Instructions were very clear. Beatriz is very kind host. Breakfasts were amazing. We had fresh water in our room every day. The are of the accommodation is just great as it is public. There is a natural pool just 10 minutes by walk from the accommodation. The room was very tidy, spacious and luxury We had great time!

Minor detail. Some wall hooks and a few extra hangers in the wardrobe would have helped.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff happy to cook alternative eggs for us. Spacious rooms. Very quiet at night. Lovely.

I cannot think of anything of the guest house itself. However, you should have a car if you are staying here there is not much in walking distance close to the hotel.

The guest house is part of a large area. The access through a keypad through the parking is very convenient. The parking is spacious. Our room was large with good beds and a nice bath room. The breakfast was nice. The staff is exceptional, when we got late for breakfast they offered to prepare something additional and all the small nice gestures. We appreciated it.

The hotel is close to a road with a traffic that can be heavy (and noisy) during the day. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a small pizzeria at walking distance, close to the natural swimming pools.

The hotel is small and nicely furnished with large shared areas. Rooms are comfortable, with large beds and a silent air conditioning. Only criticism is the small shared bathroom (one for 3 rooms), but the hotel was not crowded when we visited and that was not a problem. Nice breakfast too!

Our room was next to a street and you could hear cars, motorcycles. There was a rooster that woke us up at 4 am and went on and off from there .

It is beautiful property, very safe, very nice staff. Breakfast was great! Good food recommendations.

Nice building with seven apartments in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very helpful host, perfect breakfast. Large pretty garden where you can park your car as well. Walking distance to several bars, 30 minutes from the Capelas city center with supermarket and restaurants. Capelas is a nice small city which is not crowded by people. Close to the ocean, nice beach 20 minutes walk. We highly recommend the place if you have a car and want to explore the island. Beatriz, thank you for a perfect time spent in your house :-)

The only downside of our stay was not having an en-suite bathroom, but a shared one instead. However, the bathroom was always clean and we didn’t even see the other guests.

The property was beautiful, very well-kept and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean, but the best points of our stay were the great breakfast and the lovely staff.

Room lock was so simple that you could open it with a toothpick.but i need to admit that i didn't have a slightest concerns about safety on that island.
