We loved everything about this property. Near enough to the old town to walk yet far enough away to be out of the hustle bustle. Gorgeous well maintained grounds and property. We appreciate the time it takes to keep up this huge garden! The rooms were old as is the building but well maintained and very clean. Cleaned each day with fresh towels. Mira at the front desk is a delight! She was most kind with our requests and to give us good advice on sites to see and restaurants. The hotel is quiet. Continental breakfast each morning was lovely in the garden room with plenty to choose from and fresh juices. We wish we could have stayed longer! Abrigada Hotel Sintra Jardim for making the start of our European trip magical! 🎉

Everything was fine. No problems.

The central location and especially the private off-street parking at no cost! that the hotel provides. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff were excellent and happy to point out places and how to get there. Traffic is crazy so we left the car and walked or used the tuk tuk vehicles to get around.

There isn't much to say here ...

There is an authentic charm. The grounds are fantastic. It feels like an Agatha Christie novel - and a fairy tale rolled into one. Look, the property needs some updates, but super clean, and the staff is lovely.

The entrance to the hotel car park area was down a single lane alleyway with a sharp left turn through a gate not much bigger than our car. We made it in despite the screaming of the parking sensors trying to persuade us we wouldn't make it!

Nice sized room with TV off to the left but no English channels but we see enough TV back home! Good sized bathroom and powerful shower in the bath. Breakfast was good although not as much choice as we had hoped but sufficient for us. You can see the property was built for someone special as there are nice features and lots of space including a small pool (but too cold the day we were there)

With just a few updates this would charge twice as much so I prefer it to stay as it is.

Breakfast, and the need to constantly request things

Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Had to ask for things. Could be better by quite a bit. Room was huge, with a bathtub and good facilities Pool was lovely set in a beautiful garden

Better directions as to entrance would be helpful.

Well positioned to allow visiting the marvels and magnificence of Sinatra, . Comfortable beds, and good overall facilities, very relaxing. The real bonus is secured parking. Sinatra was not really built to accommodate automobiles.

It was a great place to stay.

"Old World Charm" in a busy place overrun with tourists. A beautiful, peaceful location off the beaten track with secure parking, and a wonderful ambiance. Great breakfast, great views and pleasant people to interact with.

Breakfast dining room could do with a bit of an update.

Lovely old mansion......bedroom with view of patio overlooking mature garden and pool. Great helpful staff. Parking on grounds and secured gate at night. Breakfast a bit more basic that other places we stayed, but overall great value for money.

Old world charm within a 15 min walk to old town. The staff was welcoming & readily gave us ideas of what to see & restaurant recommendations for our one night stay. Quiet, comfortable rooms.

Kind staff, excellent breakfast and beautiful grounds. Hope to visit again when it is warm enough to use the pool instead of just look at it. Traveled with a 5month old baby and this was perfect.
