Beautiful gardens for cocktails. Parking!! Would return! No air con but even in hot weather was okay.

This is a beautiful traditional hotel set in a gorgeous garden with a pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to walk to restaurants and the Sintra sites.

I am sensitive to air-fresheners, so I needed to unplug the one in our room. Once I found it, it was better.

Beautiful hotel and grounds! Convenient location but away from the tourist crowds. Lovely pool (although it was too cold.) comfortable beds! Free parking.

I would leave a 10 but one of the night staff, a lady who was knitting in a room, was quite unfriendly at our requests to purchase items at the bar at night.

Nice breakfast and great location, close to everything. Beautiful old town house with a great pool and facilities. Person checking us in and out was friendly.

The staff were really kind! The lady at the front desk helped us with recommendations and directions. We were able to check in early. The house feels retro and homey; the gardens and greenery are beautiful. It was a nice change of scenery and felt very removed from the city even though it was pretty close to the tourist areas. It was too cold to use the pool but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is set in a wonderful, fabulous garden, close to Sintra's attractions, with free parking. The breakfast was also generous. We liked this place very much, we felt ourselves in the eden. :)

Humidity and ventilation - the same benefits of old house.

Very good location for walking trips around local famous objects, free car parking. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfest. Clean appartments in historical house, with all its benefits.

I was a little disappointed that there was no refrigerator nor electric kettle. However the very good breakfast was included and there were restaurants nearby so it was not a big problem.

We really enjoyed our stay here, not only the room but terrace and pool were lovely. The staff was especially kind. Also free parking was available.

The colonial style house is beautiful, with rooms that were huge and extremely comfortable, the breakfast was simple but enough to start your day, and everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. Plus it was a short walk from the city center and has its own parking.

Personally found the bed a bit hard..but my husband was fine.

Super location on the road to many of the attractions (tour & local buses go by) and just on the outskirts of Sintra. Full of character and charm. Breakfast standard continental with reasonable snack options throughout the day until late evening.

This historic building was in a quiet, green, leafy area of Sintra. It was a short bus ride from the train station but we chose to walk up through the town.We were greeted by informative staff. Our room had old world charm and was decorated in keeping with this. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning which was followed by a dip in the amazing pool in the very lovely gardens surrounding this hotel as in the name.

The hotel is set in a beautiful old building, surrounded by nature. It has a cosy, tastefully landscaped garden with a swimming pool. The room is spacious and has a balcony overlooking the garden. Friendly, helpful hotel staff. Breakfast is fulfilling and tasty. Parking is available in the yard of the hotel, which is a great advantage in Sintra. We would love to come back here again.

There was some mold, but it is inevitable with humidity such as in Sintra.

This property gives you an environment of an old luxurious villa hidden in the magnificent garden. We had a feeling like we were living in an old movie. The pool was very refreshing after a long day of walking in Sintra and the breakfast the next morning was meeting our expectations.

Absolutely AMAZiNG. This old renovated villa is beautiful. The grounds and pool are so pretty and lovely maintained. Room is comfortable. Breakfast was very nice bonus before long day of sightseeing.
