Remodeling and painting in some of the rooms - the smell of paint was all over the floor we stoat first. Our concern was addressed immediately and we were given a wonderful room with balcony

Location can’t be any better - everything is close. The staff was absolutely amazing - kind, very helpful, accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was pretty good, definitely much better than in any americal hotel

There is two buildings. We did not know that. We were in the building across from the main one. We had a smell in our lobby by the elevator and in the elevator. We did tell the staff. It was a sewage smell and then they tried to coverage it with a very strong fragrance. The staff did tell us there is a crack in the water sewer pipes and there is a leak and the smell is happening. They said that they were trying to fix the problem but did not happen during our stay.

Everything! But I must say, they cared for us and helped us with our rental car an inability to get to the parking garage. Restaurant suggestions and quick review of places we might be interested in seeing.

We wish hotel would Provide bathrobes.

The property was right in the middle of the old city walkable to all attractions and hop on buses. The is a fado show around the corner multiple restaurants and marina all within walking distance. The facility was very clean comfortable beds slippers coffee machine breakfast has a variety of items. We were welcomed with a small bottle of port and later the staff sent us a letter thanking us for staying at the hotel with a box of macaroons. The only thing we were for was bathrobes. Would totally complete the experience. We loved the hotel and would recommend it to anybody visiting Portugal.

Lisbon as a city has gone downhill. It is dirty compared to the rest of Portugal which is very clean. The wandering and posturing of men on the streets is uncomfortable. The tent cities, etc. I will not recommend a stay in Lisbon.

Price was a bit high .

Big room with comfy bed and I really appreciated the electric black out blinds. Shower was roomy and had a great waterfall shower head. I also liked the plug ins having the different options. Great location.

I think the breakfast is something they can still improve. There was plenty of fresh and delicious fruits but the rest of the food could be of better quality & variety.

Location of the hotel is perfect if the main goal of your trip is sightseeing. Rooms are good size. Staff is amazingly kind. Compliments in the room were a great gesture of attention. Appreciate it.

The staff, and Nuno went out of their way to show us where parking was. They offered help bringing and taking our luggage to and from the car. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner were exceptional. The room was wonderful.

We were three people in the room, and so we found and extra bed and extra bath rope. However, there were some things optimized only for two (only 2 glasses for mouth washing, two glasses for drinks, two coffee cups, two coffee capsules). It’d be nice if the extra person had been taken into account for everything.

Had a room on the top level 6 and the sloping roof affected nearly half of the the room and I kept banging my head.

The lounge could have more seating area for incoming guests . The bedsheets are not soft

The modern amenities of the room , the cleanliness , the water pressure , the shower was one of the best !! All the little touches with the wine and pastry and the free fridge items !
