Great location close to the centre, but located in a quiet one way street. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The shower and bathroom was clean. Special mention to Inês she was very helpful and informative and gave me suggestions on what to do in Sao Miguel and helped book me a taxi for the airport.

It was a bit of a walk to some of the sights we wanted to visit in the city centre, but still a relatively central location overall.

The keypad entry into the building and our rooms made coming and going very easy. The hostel was very clean, the host was responsive to messages, and the breakfast was delicious!

So, the place is cute, clean and I highly recommend it because... though it's not super central to Ponte Delgada, that is its biggest advantage. Just 15 minutes stroll away you can find a viewpoint and watch a gorgeous sunset.

Didn't have a dedicated parking spot, but a few streets nearby (including the one in front of the hostel) where parking was free. Always ended up finding a spot, but was sometimes a struggle.

Maybe 1 thing this place lacks is a hair dryer, and not just for hair. In such a rainy place like the Azores, it would be useful to dry your clothes with a dryer. I cannot think of anything else, the place was perfect.

We chose the cheapest option but it turned out to be really good. I think it was the best "mixed-bed dorm" we ever lived in. Actually made me think that maybe we should travel like this in the future (normally we rent private rooms) because the experience was really good and as a bonus, you get to know other people. Cleanliness, kitchen, overall organization -- all were very good.

Rooms were a bit hot and it was a bit strange to have no one at reception. Staff were responsive via Whatsapp but weren't always around to talk to at the property.

Breakfast was great, simple but good options including vegan/vegetarian. Everything is self service and was usually left out a bit longer than the official breakfast hours. We stayed in a dorm room which was very clean and had a nice balcony. The location is just outside the main part of town and it's easy to get to most places on foot.

It’s a bit close to the airport, but so is all of Ponta Delgada so just take some earplugs. At night there’s very few flights and I had no issues.

The breakfast was exceptional, as well as Inês’s friendliness, availability and way of making you feel very at home and confortable! Also the rooms, common spaces, kitchen and terrace were super clean and nice, and the location was awesome.

Everything was perfect. The hostel is very new and well organised. The whole place is very clean. Rooms are big enough to have plenty of privacy even in the dorm rooms. Breakfast is very good and there is very nice patio garden in the back. Ines (contact person) was very friendly and willing to help. There is not enough good words I can say about this place.

I have learned I am a little too old to stay in a Hostel. The facility was great, I am just not suited for that sort of accommodations. The only reason I didn't rate the comfort higher was the bed was a bit too small for me (and I am not a big person) and 6 persons to a room is a lot. I had previously only stayed in hostels with 4 to a room. The 6 person room made bathroom time a challenge for use of the single shower.

The staff was friendly and caring and really did an excellent job. The breakfast was lovely, the common space and garden were nice and inviting. They had a lot of travel information ready for our use to make our Azores adventure even better!

Our room was at ground level, just behind the main entrance that was quite noisy, and we could hear whoever was coming in at any time. Also our window was directly on the main road so we couldn’t open the blackout curtains (people would have seen inside), I would suggest to put some voile curtains to add privacy. Staff not speaking English.
