Our balcony door wouldn’t lock and the person at the front desk looked into this for us while we were out. Unfortunately, it was broken and would not lock at all, but we were not offered another room, seemed this was nothing alarming and that we should just sleep with an open door. Property a little dated and quite far from any amenities.

The room was very bare. A spare pillow would have been nice. The breakfast was tasty, but the hotel was very busy and it took a long time to bring out more food once it ran out.

The hotel overall and rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment - the place is very good nevertheless, but it could look wow.

Huge rooms, massive comfortable beds. Lovely balcony overlooking the whole town and port. We arrived very late and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Easy journey from Lisbon Airport and easy to find on top of the town hill. Will definitely return when given the opportunity. Very affordable prices too.

Not many staff at the hotel and both bar and restaurant were not availablr. Literally all the facilities are a room and a breakfast area which would be acceptable only if the location was closer to town

Not very central

High above the city, so a bit far from the centre. No problem of you have car.

Huge, spacious comfortable room, super comfy bed, big bathroom, even a small balcony. Complimentary coffee and tea near the reception. Great views over the city. Good access with car and parking under the hotel

It is an older hotel, so it looks a bit tired. However, it was not an issue.

The hotel had amazing views of the city and waterfront. The room was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking. The reception manager recommended an excellent restaurant and it did not disappoint.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not in its heyday, could do with a renovation, but still it is a nice place to stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful. What I liked are the large room, comfortable bed, quality linen, cleanliness, balcony and sea view (but I think not every room has view to the sea). Overall I am satisfied with my choice of accommodation. The hotel is located at a high point in the city, so it is worth arriving by car or finding out about public transport in advance. There isn't much dining options near the hotel, but you can buy a few things at the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, I was satisfied with it.

Booking.com should make it much clearer when breakfast is not included in price of a room. Lead to a big misunderstanding.

The only thing that was a little funny was a certain smell, not sure what it was. But opening the slider to the balcony took care of it.

The view is stunning. Room is spacious and has everything you need plus a balcony to step out on. Breakfast was ample and a fair price, and you could get coffee or tea any time of day, with no charge. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, giving a little history of Setubal and recommending restaurants. Parking underneath was easy. If you wanted, you could walk down the hill to the center ~ about 15-20 minutes.
