We loved everything about the apartment. Check-in and out were very smooth. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon. The restaurant across the street was amazing. Staff went over and above when we lost our key card to the room. They immediately sent someone who was close by to let us in, and then the manager came with a key card. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. There is an on-site washer/dryer. The wifi is strong, and that was extremely important because my spouse had an important meeting to attend. The pier is walking distance. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful stay.

Construction going on nearby and possibly in the building meant some construction noise. From what we could tell, it's legal to make noise from 0800 - 2000 daily; if you're wanting a late wake up or an early night, then for the moment it might not be great. Also a few stairs to get up to the apartment with no elevator in case you have a heavy bag...

Nice quiet apartment that has pretty much everything you need in the heart of town. A stone's throw from the main drag and all the major sites. Newly renovated with a comfortable bed.

No dressing table area with mirror to style hair.

In a good location, we have stayed here before but the studio this time was much smaller with no outlook and 43 steps to the room which was a challenge with luggage. The only mirror was in the bathroom so getting ready was limited and not much surface space to put stuff. Multiple bathroom fixings were loose and grout and sealant in shower needed attention. Price per night in two years has increased by 65%. Clean and comfortable , more than one coffee pod per person per day would be welcome. Host communicated well and sorted out issue with electrics quickly .

My apartment is actually located on the third floor ( they call it second floor in Europe) no elevator :( The sink in the bathroom is going down very slowly.

Location is perfect, close to metro and all tourist attractions, staffs are very friendly especially the cleaning lady, she even folded my PJ when making the bed.

Stairs are narrow and steep and difficult to carry suitcases up, but this a minor issue as the location is amazing!

The location is amazing, within walking distance to everything! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again!

I could see the 23 steps up to the apartment being a problem for some, although we didn't mind too much. The entrance is a little creepy, but again, we didn't mind too much. There was only one ring working on the hob, and the extractor hood didn't work. We intended to save money by cooking meals, but this wasn't possible, so we had to eat out most of the time. I feel some sort of compensation should be offered for this inconvenience. But a very nice stay.

The shower needs some updating, taps a little loose & shower curtain needs replacing. The stairs to the top main entrance to the rooms can be very difficult with luggage, no elevator..

Great location! Right in the middle of it all. Walking distance to everything you need, sites & sounds. Incredibly, the outside noise was not heard, even though it's in a busy street. Daily housekeeping, shared washing machine & dryer, a real bonus.

The towel rack in the bathroom is broken so we couldn’t hang our towels.

Great location but not on the busiest street. The staff were very responsive and friendly and helpful. It was very clean and cleaned daily.

Didn't bother us at all but for others be aware, the apartments are above a peep show so there is loud music until around 10pm. We barely noticed it, just a warning for other travellers. Also being one block back from the main tourist strip is fantastic but there is also a lot of (unavoidable) traffic and 'interesting' characters. In saying that, we loved our stay and the apartment was perfect for us.

Location was unbeatable. One block back from Rua Augusta. Laundry facilities were fantastic, staff very prompt and very friendly. Comfy beds and large room.

It was hard to find the front door. We were dropped off on the side where the square was and you can see the name on the windows. We thought we were at the front door but it was through the arch and in the back of the building. The host talked us in so that was great.

The room faced a beautiful square, I couldn't believe the fantastic location of this place. The room was comfortable and clean and it had a washer and dryer we could use for free which was a huge bonus. The kitchen was really nice and had what we needed although we didn't cook any meals there. The host was very nice and friendly.

Be aware there are no lifts. Shower enclosure could do with a shelf for toiletries. Overhead shower needs descaling (room Noa).

The flip side of being in the main square, noisy street and the windows can help reduce much of noise. The bathroom could be better with the water on floor.

It was beautiful and had everything you might need. I was very pleasantly surprised as soon as I opened the door. Great location too. It was fun to walk under the arch to get to the door.

The noise: The windows and walls are paper thin, you will hear everything that goes on outside and inside the building. They have a couple of fire detectors in the room that have a strong blinking light and that can bother you at night. The bathroom could be refurbished to modern standards. The above are mentioned in case you have problems falling asleep, I personally don't have so I would stay here again happily but I hope the management does a bit of a refurbishment in the bathrooms.

Location is excellent. I saw some negative comments regarding the surroundings but they were not accurate, the location felt safe and very central. Beds are comfortable. The place is spot on clean. Shower has a strong water pressure. Air conditioning in the room. Very friendly staff. Bonus tip, if you want that room with the small balcony facing the square, ask for the room called "Pedro Álvares Cabral".

The Location was perfect . You are right in the middle of town. The apartment was modern and welcoming and beautifully fitted out. I loved all the little touches. And to see the washer dryer that was available for us to use just made it perfect. Good hot shower and very comfortable bed.. I would definitely come back…

I really don’t have any complaints. The steps could be a lot for someone who has trouble walking steps, so maybe that, but it wasn’t an issue for me.

It was a great location! The host was friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again, worth every penny! It was also in a great location.
