Clean hotel. Location was good. Great for the price. The option to cook is a bonus. There is a great Italian spot around the corner.

Some minor issues. Biggest annoyance was lack of bedside table and light on one side. Former easily remedied by putting a stool there, but not having individual reading light was annoying for people who like to read before sleeping. General layout of electrical switches and sockets not well thought through. It would also be good to have some full length wardrobe space - ended up hanging dresses from a door runner.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely people. Breakfasts were excellent, both in quality and quantity. Great to have free hot drinks on tap. Room was a good size, with balcony, and well equipped generally. Cleaning was always to a good standard. Bed was big and comfortable, and there was one comfortable chair. Easy to live in for a few days.

Loved property and staff were amazing. Only thing missing was a lounger for some Co fortaleza chill out areas. A more realistic image of pool would be better on website also. All in all wonderful place. Wonderful memories.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk away from the train station, but also close to many restaurants, shops and attractions! Amazing customer service. Comfy & clean room with kitchenette. Modern and nice looking hotel. Bonus: free coffee in the lobby!

Not much counter space in bathroom but that seems to be the norm.

Spacious, excellent air conditioning, friendly staff, close to train station. Coffee available all day. Nice balcony with 2 areas , small table and chairs as well as 2 comfortable chairs.

The area where the hotel is. Getting in and out of the garage is a nightmare, every time you risk to damage the car. There is no real breakfast facility in the hotel (their breakfast-in-a-box is a joke).

The location of the hotel is good enough if you want to enjoy central Faro but the hotel is in a shabby area.

Everything was great, we can't complain ) That's our second stay in Roots and we love it.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite, and the check-in process was super quick. Our room was very clean, with a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient. It was very quiet, allowing us to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the room was spacious and a pleasure to stay in. The internet was super fast as well.

Front desk staff (Marcelo and Lilyan) were friendly,warm and extremely helpful. It is ideally located with short walk to the harbour where the old town is beautiful. Recommend going on the red tour "bus". We loved eating in Amore Mio restaurant with the food excellent and ambiance superb. Room was clean and well fitted. Shower excellent. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Shopping mall just a 15 mins walk and is very pretty.

It is located next to the train station and main centre of Faro, rooms were exceptional and staff very friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay if you are visiting Faro. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment.

We did not get a wake up call the day we were leaving and just about missed our train!! Do not rely on getting a wake up call - they are manual!

No streaming service, bath towels were a bit worn - need to be replaced, unpleasant coffee from the machine in the guest room.
