Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandOne of the lifts was out of order, and because the hotel was very busy, it was a long wait for it. Hopefully, it's working now.
Close to the airport. The room was large and comfortable. Plenty of choices for breakfast, although the buffet dinner was sadly lacking in vegan options, but the restaurant manager, did his best to accommodate me .

Location is very convenient- there are a lot of types of transport close to the hotel. Standard Room for 2 was big and clean. Very good breakfast

Good to have a frig. Room was big and had a balcony to sit on. Easy to find and close to metro Roma. Only 7 Euros to get taxi to airport at 6.15am before metro was running. Great Big Bowl Asian restaurant close by that had meals available most of the day till 10 pm.

United KingdomThe elevator is a bit small and sometimes slow, but this did not affect our comfort. There is sometimes a line for breakfast, but it is not very long.
The room was very spacious, comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bed was large and soft but firm. The room was very clean and tidy every day. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options, including natural juices, etc. The staff were always very attentive and proactive. Checking in at reception was quick and easy. The baggage handler, who was proactive, helped us with our bags when we got out of the car. We arrived very early due to our flight and had no problems keeping our bags at the hotel until our check-in time, so we could start enjoying the city. The hotel is also located close to the metro and metropolitan train, and has many bus options, and is not far from the airport.

LatviaDear hotel team, please consider installing an additional toaster in the cafeteria when lots of guests expected, one is not enough. During the breakfast you can spent a lot of time in the line, waiting your turn to toast the bread.
Lovely location. Close proximity to grocery shop (supermarket) and public transportation (railway and subway station are couple of steps away from the hotel).
