Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were unbelievable. They felt incredibly warm and genuine, and went out of their way to help us. My friend has a gluten and lactose intolerance, and they not only provided warm gluten-free bread and oat milk, but also asked if we would be staying another night so they could have it ready and waiting for us the next day. Such a lovely considerate touch. Special mention also to the lady on reception, who made us feel like family, after a long and tiring day.

CanadaAs it is a heritage building there are no elevators, which would be difficult for people with mobility issues. We stayed on the first floor and can manage stairs so it wasn’t a problem for us.

SpainIn case you have heavy luggage, be aware there's no elevator, rooms are on upper floors, anyway the friendly staff volunteers to help you. Street parking only, there's no parking on premises but easy to find paid street parking nearby. Basic room and furniture, daily room prices are expensive for what it offers, but seems to be a norm in this area as there's lack of accommodation.
Small hotel on a renovated heritage building, good location to explore on foot this small city, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and shopping, very friendly staff. Happy to have the in room coffee machine with free coffee capsules and an iron and ironing board.

This was one of my favorite hotels during two weeks in Portugal. It is in an old building in an excellent location, but it is fresh and modern and comfortable in every way. It is on a busy street, but quiet. The breakfast couldn’t have been better. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived welll before check-in time and could store our bags. We also left our bags for hours the next day, and staff was lovely about it. They all speak excellent English, know Setubal well, and are professional in every way.
