The place was fantastic but there were two things it could have been better: the bathrooom was mini-small and the garden area was not that clean. Probably beacuse we are in the low season but a clensing would have made things perfect.

The room was very well furnished. We had everything needed, all dishes, clutery and pots were there and more then enough for two people. We had a very beautiful garden with pool at our disposal and it was really amazing to have a barbeque there. We were very happy to have a secure place to park our car.

It is located on a busy road so a bit difficult to get in and out with the car.

Felix the landlord was brilliant, easy and effective communication. Studio was exactly what we expected, beautifully clean and supplied. Location is a bit out of town but we like a walk, not a problem.

Despite middle of October it was very warm at night , there was no air conditioning and I would imagine it would be very hot in the height of summer.

Our host Felix was very helpful and friendly. He offered us the choice of two studio apartments we chose the one furthest from the road because it was a very busy road with constant traffic noise. Felix was a good host.

Not so easy to park the car as the gate to the property was on the main road, so a challenge.

The apartments was big and had everything we needed, with a bonus of a swimming pool that we used.

We stayed for 6 days and were very pleased. Charming garden, sunbeds and tables available, large swimming pool. The studio wasn't very spacious, but sufficient for a comfortable stay, as well as very clean (as were the common areas), and well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable. In addition, a very friendly and hospitable host :)

Ria apartments is located in central Olhao. I stayed in a large two-bedroom apartment. The property has a good sized swimming pool and there is parking within the Ria apartments, but also outside. My apartment was clean, confortable and was well equipped. The host was very nice and can advise on restaurants and provide useful information.

We had a studio outside of the main property (pool, game room), and the area just outside our studio was under construction, but hopefully they finish soon.

The location was close to the wharf, the room was clean and the furniture was pretty new. The host was excellent, and he even gave us a ride to our ferry tour.

There was little to criticize, other than the property's proximity to a main road, but we knew about this when making the booking and it did not detract from our holiday experience.

The property was easy to locate, very quaint and characterful. Food shopping was facilitated by very near by supermarkets. The host (who lives on the site) was most welcoming and amenable.
