It was a great place to spend a few nights. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Chafferdine and Anna. We skipped the continental breakfast and went to the local cafeteria. Recommended highly.

Unfortunately, the wifi wasn’t stable in the room. Pillows were hard, one of them a bit dirty.

Beautiful place just few minutes away from the old cute Monsaraz. Charming garden and swimming pool. The staff lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend that place, such a gem!

Beautiful location and we loved the garden patio with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Room was comfortable and suitable for our brief stay.

Needed rugs on the bedroom floor (one room did, the other didn’t). Useful to have umbrellas by the doors to get from one building to the other in the rain.

We had to run off a lot of cold water before the hot water arrived which did feel rather wasteful of water. Perhaps some pipe insulation could improve this.

Breakfast was good, could have been improved with more warm scrambled egg or some boiled eggs left in their shells. Lovely shower. Lovely view from the balcony.

No bar or restaurant on site and the rooms could do with soundproofing as you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms.

Breakfast could be better in terms of portions. There was not enough for the guests. But choice was overall good. Rooms could be a bit better maintained.

The hotel is located on a wonderful spot , just outside of the old town Monsaraz. The gardens are divine and includes a pool. It is just a magical spot to stay.

We expected there would some stairs, but it was at least 35 steps up to our room. Quite a hike for an elderly couple!

After walking 10 minutes to our hotel in Óbidos, this hotel provides much easier parking experience: free street parking outside of the hotel door. Our expectations were not high. Comfortable rooms and beautiful pool. Good sleep.

The shower switch, switching from bath tap to shower, kept switching back. The deck area directly outside the dining room was a bit untidy and tired-looking - although we found the terrace mentioned above in the garden which was great.

Lovely comfortable bed. Great location. Spacious and airy bedroom and bathroom. Strawberry juice for breakfast 1 morning was delicious! And we found a terrace in the garden to eat breakfast on which was beautiful.

Upon arrival room was smelling quite damp. A quick blow through from the windows did the trick. Room could have been less dusty.

Nice small hotel outside of the Monsaraz city walls. Good size pool overlooking the gorgeous valley. Friendly staff. Short walk to Monsaraz old town.
