Bed wasnt confortable and the apartment became a bit humid becuse of all the rain outside

The apartment was ok, we could warm it with the air heater, they provided us an hair dryer and a drying rack which was really needed! We got also many towels and the apartment was cleaned every day

Some traffic noise during the day.. Tv was quite small. No muesli or flavoured yoghurt at breakfast and no proper cereal bowl to use. The typical aircon style heating only warms the top of the room which is useful for bats but not for humans.

The breakfast area was open so I was able to use the kettle and microwave and get a hot drink. Quiet at night. Excellent and interesting shower! Modern room. Some English language channels on tv.Small supermarket across the road.

The stairs up to the entry are a little steep and awkward, but that is very small compared to the availability of parking immediately adjacent to the building. There are cafes and small shops very close by, so nothing not to like.

Great location for visiting the historic town inside the castle walls. Just a short drive away on the same street. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options for food, coffee, tea, etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in was remote. We arrived late in the evening but were given good directions and the key code through booking.com messaging. It all worked out perfectly.

The hotel is a bit outside of the town centre and has not the unique charme of this lovely medieval town, but then again it is just a ten minute walk to the city walls and of course much easier to navigate the car to this place than inside the narrow medieval walls, so in the end that is perfectly fine.

The hosts were friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good. On-site parking was free and especially appreciated on the busy market day (Friday)

I’m not sure there is anything not to like to be honest. My only disappointment was that the microbrewery that I had read about and walked out to in the evening was closed but that’s no fault of the hotel!

The room was outstanding. Big….and with a fantastic shower in the bathroom. I don’t usually turn the TV on but did on this occasion and was surprised to see a really wide choice of additional channels from major networks. The staff could not have been more helpful and even offered to accommodate my motorcycle in their secure garage overnight. Breakfast was fabulous- plenty of great coffee, juice, yogurt and, of course, breads, meat and cheese.

Plastic mattress protector! Open WiFi network didn't work...but once I'd been sent password for secure network it was fine.

Convenient location, a short walk from town. Nice rooms, decorated and furnished with a touch of style. Plenty of hot water. Friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast could use some hot food options rather than just cold meats and cheeses etc

The property was very comfortable and having stayed in many hotels accross the world I would say this could very easily be considered a 4* hotel, clean and modern, I stayed in room 7 but saw doors open to other rooms and I don't think they have all been renovated but the room I stayed in was excellent!

The main living area was tiny and the sofa was unsuitabke garden furniture which was extremely uncomfortable. Wifi was very poor and staff were unprepared to help although they did try to help but it was hopeless.
