The bed were really comfortable, a thick mattress on sofa bed. The location is literally in the centre, next to the train station.

Thank you for the friendly atmosphere in the hostel. The staff is very welcoming and it's a very good accommodation option where you can relax. The location is good, close to the railway station and public transport stops.

The location was great. The windows were great cause the room was dead silent. I loved it! It was clean and there was a heater as a plus. It was cold at night and being able to use a heater was good. The staff was lovely and smiley. They let me put my luggage after check out and recommended me some places to visit. The room was clean. Overall it was the best for Sintra for me.

The hostess was so sweet and helpful. The room was spotless and the beds so comfortable. The kettle and tea and coffee was so appreciated. Being so close to the station was just the berries. Lovely and quiet. Having an ensuite was great.. Very pleasant stay

We traveled from Lisbon to Sintra by train. The Hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the train station. This is also where you can get on board the 434 and 435 buses to get to the palaces and Moorish castle. We were able to leave our luggage at the property well before check-in.The room was comfortable and we had a nice view of the small and colorful train station. It was surprisingly quiet for what is a very popular tourist destination. And the price was very reasonable.

There was supposed to be a receptionist here at our check-in time. But come check-in time, not only was there no receptionist, but the door was also locked. I have other stays along this trip in which we will be given a door code. This is great. And that’s what we got here. BUT, in order to get it, I had to call them. We were jet lagged and exhausted and having to contact them and wait for their response was a bit more than off putting.

The location was perfect for us. About a ten-minute walk to Town Center and right next to the train station, we were able to pop into a store to store our luggage and then immediately see the sites! Dinner in Town Center at the Tavern just up the stairs from Ale-Hops was wonderful and affordable.

The room didn't have curtains but luckily it was on the 1st floor and there were no buildings across from the window.

The accommodation is located right across the train station and it was easy to get to the main attractions. The room was quite big and the host allowed me to drop my bags at 10 am. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed.
