Lovely roof top swimming pool with bar service, whilst in the city of Lisbon to relax unwind. Friendly, helpful staff and nearby to good restaurants and easy to get taxi to other locations.

Wish the restaurant was open after the breakfast. And maybe a water heater in the room since there is no restaurant available. Water was offered in the room only on arrival day I staid there for a week

The hotel is very clean , staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The kid loved the swimming pool. for a 3 star hotel I was very happy with the service

Pool was not clean. Employees could not check us in then they could not find the right room for us. They promised us a fruit plate for my wife’s birthday and did not send it. The breakfast was not good at all.

Great location, the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. There is a metro stop across the street. If you enjoy shopping, Zara an El Corte Ingles is within short walking distance

The pool service takes too much time. We waited our order for one hour. Just two wines. And not even in wine glasses.

The room had enough space. Water in the fridge. Breakfast was guite good.

Only one plug in the ENTIRE room. Walls are thin. Pool doesn’t look like the photo, it is pretty small (but still nice) the way the shower is set up allowed for the water to get all on the floor.

Excellent location, good breakfast, nice hotel. Comfortable pool, decent beds. Nice staff. 5-7 minute walk to train station.

Very close to a good shopping centre and the Metro. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Swimming pool was very nice - swimming towels were provided by the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating- we will definitely stay here again!

The room was small, probably because I was sharing with my teenage son. I would have loved to have been able to make a tea or coffee in the room.

Breakfast was good. Staff were really lovely and so helpful. The beds were comfortable and perfectly made everyday. The swimming pool was a real bonus and was lovely. The location was fantastic, right next to the metro, so good for getting around the city. I would totally recommend this hotel.

It was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and varied. It is not closed to the city centre and although the facilities are fine, I found it a bit pricey for what it offers.

Breakfast wasn't great but we got by. The app for drinks around the pool wasn't working. No kettle in room. Only 1 plug socket and walls were thin.

Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the metro. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, pool area was good.

We Didn’t have time to use the pool or sauna, however, when we visited the rooftop at 11am to check out the facilities, the sauna was not switched on. Not sure if this was a standard thing as having to wait for the sauna to heat up would have been frustrating. We generally like to have a dip and sauna before breakfast.

Location of the hotel was great. Good access to metro lines and buses. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast is not worth the money at all. It's OK when a breakfast buffet is limited, but then you should focus on the quality of the things offered. Here the quality of the items in the hot breakfast was just simply not good.

They do not have a free airport shuttle as advertised. They couldn’t accommodate an early check in.

Service in bar was poor at times. No one there to serve after waiting 10 mins so we left in the end. Made reception aware but he was too interested in his personal call to care.

Great location, near to trains, large room, very clean. Good breakfast. Staff in general very helpful. Roof top pool a bonus.
