Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

All staff were totally obliging, and there were hot drinks-making facilities in bedrooms. Underground parking is secure, while it is easy to come and go.

AustraliaIt was surprising that there was no air-conditioning or fan in the rooms, it was hot in Lisbon and somehow muggier in the room, so creating air flow would've been great. Also the washing service was prohibitively expensive - but there were several coin laundrettes nearby.
Good value, comfortable, staff were all lovely, the breakfast was extremely affordable and a great range of food - and everything was clean!

United KingdomThere is nothing fundamentally wrong with the hotel but it really needs refurbished. There was a few little things wrong with the room - the bed creaked, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the soap dispenser was broken off the wall, the shower pressure was poor and the hotel just looks a bit shabby in parts.
Really good location for the festival I was attending. Metro on doorstep for easy access to the centre and airport. Cleaning staff are amazing.
