The breakfast costs25 euro and is so so. Could be better.

Location is very near the center when taking taxi (only 8 euro to old town city center). Hotel offer a 24 hour parking for 15 euro. There is allot of parking space. Excellent for those arriving with a car.

Hotel is old, furniture damaged, pillows not so comfy. The location is not great, but the fact that's super close to a metro station makes it up for it.

The price was good :) The staff is friendly and the room is clean. When we arrived the washing basin was clogged, the same with the shower. We flagged this to the staff and they fixed it promptly.

I really don't want to offend the staff; they are wonderful here. But the lunch at the hotel restaurant is awful. Lisbon is a city renowned for its fish and seafood, but the fish served at the hotel restaurant is frankly bad, and the prices are frankly high.

The room is spacious, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, the garage is spacious and comfortable.

A lot of group tourists, noise and packed breakfast canteen, if arrive late you have limited options to choose for your breakfast.

The sea view of the room at level 16. Quiet floor and helpful bartender. No smoking smell in the corridor, Thanks for the birthday cakes. Metro station and Chinese buffet restaurant is just a few meters away from the hotel's main entrance.

Smokers. Room that was non smoking smelled smoky. Outside people can smoke near building unlike in USA

Location short Uber to the square. We used concierge to tell us where to go. Ordered UBER to furthest location and worked our way to all sights. Great day. Great city. Enjoyed the day and came back to hot tub and glass of wine.

Room service is not 24hs (which can be tricky depending on your flight options), however the hotel let you use 'food delivery applications', like Uber Eats.

The location is PERFECT, super easy to get into city centre & to main attractions! - short distance from the metro station (red line) and different bus stops. The hotel is simple yet comfortable and clean.

I personally don't like carpet flooring in rooms, but everything was clean so I didn't mind.

Location is great, right by a metro station which connects to the airport. Convenient if you have early/ late flights. There is also a cute bakery nearby, and a large grocery store.

Room was ok, it was little old but the renovation is good. The carpet on the floor is not preferred as there is dust. If the place was close to city center would be great for tourists.

The view from the hotel was really good. It is close to Airport and good connectivity through Metro. The staff was very courtious and the check in check out process was very smooth.

The hotel is quite dated and needs some work to bring it up to date. Rooms are tired but comfortable. Location is out of the city and the metro (located next to the hotel) is the main way to get into town and can be crowded depending on time of day.

My room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The room does need renovation - it shows a lot, a lot of wear.

It was very clean, they changed towels every day, the mattress was very comfortable, convenient location - just at the entrance of a metro station, metro goes until 1 am, breakfast was very good.

The water in the shower was not going away that easily so we were afraid of flooding the bathroom and took quicker showers
