We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very nice property, the balcony with a little bit of the sea view (even if i didn’t book a sea view room) was a nice surprise. The pool is very nice with sun all afternoon.

RussiaDespite the welcome letter, some everyday needs were not met. The room had cold floors but no slippers; wi-fi was so bad it was non-existent; my favorite part was the safe box, which was present but the key was paywalled, just like in some gambling videogames prohibited in several EU states :) A lot of extra rules and fines of what towels can be brought where, what is and is not allowed at the pool etc. so I didn't even bother
Great staff, large and clean rooms with all necessities covered nicely. Good location with a lot of stores, restaraunts and infrastructure nearby. Everyone is given a welcome letter where they claim to not only meet the guests' everyday needs but also anticipate those unexpressed

The card machine didn’t work, I couldn’t charge anything to my room and they struggled to make change for the cash. The water in my room never really got warm - it was cold.

It looked genuine but claimed they had made a mistake and needed my payment details again, or the booking would be cancelled. l ignored it. No mention of it was made at the hotel, if this is a real scam it should be publicised.
Did not take breakfast, already knew location. Reception staff helpful but often outnumbered by guests.

Second room we booked was real double bed without hole between and nice view from balcony. The beds headboard would be nice if its attached tight to the wall 😉

Comfortable bed. Big plus of daily room cleaning and pool open 24 hours a day. Small parking available for guests in front of the hotel entrance, close to the bus stop to reach the centre.
