We loved the quiet location for a really relaxing break with it's beautifully kept gardens and surroundings and such hospitable and helpful owner. Frederick couldn't do enough for us, we arrived very late and he was there to welcome us and offer everything we could want and more. We got home baked treats, flowers picked from the garden and general care to every detail. The place was really well equipped to cater for ourselves and enjoy the bbq but was only a short drive to eat out.We thoroughly recommend this lovely getaway spot!

Spent 10 days in this lovely place. It was a pleasure to meet Frederick and his crue (animals) 😊 The place is spotless, you will find literally everything you need in the house. Fully secured garden and lovely size pool is a bonus. Frederick is such a gentleman, ready to help with anything and everything you need. The cake he baked for us when we arrived was gorgeous. Beach towel and beach toys for kids that he left for us were very much appreciated. All the main attractions are within 30min drive from the house, beautiful beaches few minutes away. Luz is a small town but you can find shops, pharmacies, restaurants and absolutely amazing ice cream there.

A very pleasant place in a quiet location. The host Frederic welcomed us with cake and wine which was very nice. Although he does not speak English we got along without any problems through the translator. He took care of us and asked if everything was ok and anything was needed. Our flat (Vermelho) is fully equipped and comfortable. There is a swimming pool on site (estimated depth of 1.5 to 2.2 m.) with sun loungers. There are also sun loungers next to the flat. A barbecue prepared for lighting is available. There are also umbrellas to take to the beach. A very good starting point for exploring Luz, Lagos but also other places in the Algarve. We are very satisfied and would be happy to return.

Lovely place. Clean and tidy. Very nice host. The host takes care of every detail. He welcomed us with delicious cake and wine. The apartment is well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker. Big swimming pool. Own garden. Access to Lagos by own car (7km).

As a family of four (all adults), we stayed at Quinta Falzina for one week. We loved the accommodation and the garden was most beautiful. The host Frédéric was incredibly helpful which made our stay even nicer. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place, Quinta Falzina is just right for you.

Owner very friendly! When we arrived the fridge contained water and juice so that we had something to drink right away and the owner even baked a tarte for us! We immediately felt welcome. The appartment was well prepared for our baby: baby chair, cot and even nappy underlay! The barbeque area was already equipped so that we only had to buy meat and start our vacation with a nice barbeque evening. The surrounding is quiet, the pool area relaxing. The owner has some animals nearby, which was just perfect for our son :) Summing up, the owner thought of everthing to make our holidays relaxed and simply perfect!

We loved everything about Quinta Falzina and had a very relaxing stay during the last week of April. We especially loved the garden, listing to the birds, and our amazing host, Frederick :-). We would not hesitate to book again, and really recommend it to those looking for peace and quiet, not too far from Lagos.

Fred the host went above and beyond to make us welcome and give us extras for the kids. The place exceeded our expectations, it was much bigger than it appeared on the photos and the pool was right outside the door. The kitchen was extrememly well equipped. A huge and beautiful space for the money, are already planning our next stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quinta Falzina. The host was very friendly and always available and helpful. The garden of the Quinta is like a little botanic garden and very beautiful. The place is very close to the most beautiful beaches and Lagos is a few minutes drive by car. We will come back for sure!

The shower pressure is quite weak. That’s literally the only slight negative!

The property and pool area are exceptional. The pictures really don’t do it justice, especially the internal photographs of the property. In real life it is much more spacious. The pool is also much bigger and more beautiful when seen in person, with a beautifully kept garden surrounding it. There was also a ready to use bbq with coals, firelighters and matches supplied. The wider area is lovely and the locals are all really friendly. The villa is well situated as a base to explore the local towns and beaches via car. The owner, Fred, is one of the nicest and most helpful people you would ever meet. Nothing was too much for him and although we could not communicate in the same language this did not stop Fred from being extremely welcoming and helpful. Our children loved him and he even made us a delicious French Tart for our arrival! Amazing guy!
