Everything was truly exceptional

Quinta do Bosque is a wonderful little paradise, tucked away somewhere almost secretly hidden in the Douro Valley. The hosts Cristiano and his team have really taken hospitality to a next level. The location is exceptional, the views stunning, the pool gorgeous, the rooms immaculate with great beds and shower. The small beautiful details are all around you, from the breakfast and dinner with fresh ingredients of their own garden to the smart interior with classics everywhere, simply a lust for eye, body and soul. We would love to return one day, thank you:)

The entire experience at Quinta do Bosque was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner there every day and everything was delicious. Every detail had been attended to in the rooms and Cristiano made great recommendations of where we should visit during our stay in the Duoro Valley. We enjoyed every minute and didn't want to leave!

This really is a magical place! The owners and staff are amazing-very detailed oriented. Lot’s of little touches from candles, to flowers to port. The road getting up to Quinta do Bosque can be challenging but well worth the effort once you arrive! The breakfasts were fabulous-so much to choose from and presented so nicely. We decided to have dinner there both nights. Really loved the starters, soup and desserts. I can’t say enough about Quinta Do Bosque-of our 2 weeks traveling around Portugal this was a highlight for sure!

11/10!! I cannot not rate this place high enough and I can't wait to come back. I literally travel all over the world and Quinta Do Bosque is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Cristiano's meticulous attention to detail shines here. Fresh flowers and plants in all the rooms. The gardens are beautifully maintained. Everything is clean and fresh. But the absolute best part of our 3 night stay was the food! Breakfast and dinner were both outstanding! Do not eat anywhere else. I wanted to eat in town one night, but my wife convinced me to eat at Quinta Do Bosque and it was the right choice. The taste, presentation, and dishes it was served on was top notch! The pool was too cold for us at this time of year, but it was pristine and clean. Great view over the valley and a nice fire pit on the deck to enjoy at night. The perfect place for a quite romantic get-away for a couple.

Our hotel stays exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the moment we walked into, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel was spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel is on the top of hill with a fantastic view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return to Hotel Stays for our next trip.

AMAZING 🤩 honestly one of the most beautiful B&B’s we have stayed at in the world. The location is so stunning, the rooms have the most amazing view and are so comfy & the FOOD - oh my gosh, the food is incredible. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights & it was exceptional - breakfast is included and it was absolutely incredible - such a magical stay!

Nothing to dislike really, it was a little tricky getting there by car but after driving there once it was easy.

Everything! From the view of the valley to the rosemary stems on our pillowcases. Their breakfasts are the best I’ve ever had and their dinners deserve 5 stars. Exquisite! Cristiano and his staff took absolutely good care of us. As a matter of fact, Cristiano was away for a couple of days and when I asked if he would be back before we left, Maria wasn’t sure. On the day we left, he pops up at our table as we were having breakfast to say goodbye even though he had to take his son to soccer and was late. That is true customer care!
