We liked everything about this place and the owners were pleasant and took pride in hosting their guests.

It is a family run business. The place was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. One had access to a kitchen, BBQ area and beautiful gardens. The breakfasts were also delicious with homemade baked goods, jams, fruit and other treats. I would highly recommend this place and gladly return.

Our kids didn't want to leave the pool 😅 No, honestly, there is nothing to dislike here.

Wonderful staff, extremely kind and welcoming, as well as super helpful, suggesting things to do and places to go. They decorated the breakfast table for my husband's birthday and offered the birthday cake ♡ We followed their restaurant suggestions and were not disappointed. The location is great and just 10 minutes away from Ponta Delgada. The family room is very comfortable. Everything was expetionally clean, rooms were taken care of daily. Wonderful breakfast with everything one needs to start the day. The garden is fantastic, it provides a shadow under a big tree, or you can catch some sun near the pool. The pool is great, the water temperature is amazing, and the garden has an area for making a bbq. This is a place to return to.

It is really a very charming house! They have 5 rooms for rent. Very friendly reception. Very big room with balcony. It was not mentioned on booking but this place has a very nice swimmingpool and big garden with exotic plants. You can use the kitchen. There is also an outside kitchen you can use. Breakfast looks great! My kids liked the chess-board. I really loved this place! Bottled water on the room. And you can use coffeemachine in kitchen and the biscuits!

Everything was perfect! The location is really superb, with a wonderful garden and swimming pool. The room was large with everything you needed and even a balcony with a sea view. The breakfast buffet was delicious with homemade jams and local cheeses. Thanks to all the staff and to Angelica for being so reactive by message.

The rooms was really nice and bed/pillows very comfortable, the bathroom is new and very well equiped. The garden and surroundings of the house are stunning. Everything was taking care of with thoughtful detail and the breakfast was awesome. And having some issue in the room is solved very quickly.

Just little things. Sometimes later in the evening the hot water ran out when washing, there was no washing machine in the apartment.

Great price/performance ratio. Very nice, comfortable, quiet place. Beautiful garden with barbecue. In the warmer months can also be a nice swimming. Very rich breakfast (jams, buns, eggs...) There is almost nothing to complain about. A beautiful place, both for families and for a group of friends. Surprisingly, even the sofa bed was comfortable in the appartment. Rooms were cleaned every day

Absolutely Fabulous Flourishing Fairy-tale House in the middle of the fields, surrounded by the garden with jacuzzi, pool and barbecue house! There are even mountain bicycles to take ride! Birds in the morning are fantastic! Very nice breakfast with great coffee, big variety of tea, lots of fruits, gluten free products and many more. JUST FABULOUS!!! Many gratitude to the hosts!!

The breakfast was the same every day, which was not a big issue thanks for the different options, but me missed the vegetables. With only one or two types of vegetables, it will be perfect.

The house is amazing, with a very friendly staff. The breakfast (8:30-10:30) was very good with some homemade jam and local cheese. The room was clean with a huge balcony and bathroom. It was quiet and nice, perfect for a long trip. We spent 5 nights here, and I highly recommend this house.

A bit noisy at night and if you need there is no air condition, just ventilator.

We liked everything in general, but if I have to mention some cons it would be the terrible noise caused by storm during the night. I felt it hard to fall asleep that night. But that’s the nature.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is also good since we travelled by car. A nice restaurant was just in 7 min.walking distance. The girl in the reception was super nice and helpful.
