somehow they put me in an appartment with broken cooktop, but no discount has been offered. They have beautiful common area with a stove, but it was not easy for me to take my stuff there and back. The garden, especially around the swimming pool, is abandonned and needs care.

It rained during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors.

We loved everything about the property. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped and quite modern and incl a dishwasher. The bathroom was quite large and the shower was amazing. The whole unit had radiant floor heating. There was also a large outdoor patio and an infinity pool.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The suite had everything we needed. Washer also on site was a bonus. Used the beautiful clean salt water pool daily. Stargazing and full harvest moon was a bonus.

Beautiful location! Amazing & kind staff. Luisa and Sofia were absolutely angelic and so kind with their time. They really are invested and want you to have the best time. It's so beautiful and so convenient. We rented a car and they have a private gated car park for guests and we were round the corner from Pingo Dolce the supermarket and in Tavira in 9 minutes in the car. We managed to travel west to the caves and east to Seville in Spain for a day. Absolutely amazing holiday and they team at QDB were a fundamental part of that experience. Beds are EXTREMELY hard and pillows are not great quality Traffic noise from the main roads can be heard outside. Not loud at all, but present

Great location for main roads, Tavira , Eastern Algarve and beaches Beautiful, well kept grounds with ancient olive and other lovely trees Nice sized pool ( unusual in Algarve they are normally tiny) Good sized apartment- opened in 2022, so all furnishings, appliances and fittings clean and new Luisa and her team are extremely helpful and speak perfect english Liked the use of a laundry room The buildings are ild but very well updated and the thick walls keep them at a great fresh temperature in summer. They have underfloor heating for winter and super quiet AC units

Easy check-in with instructions provided in a timely manner. The booklet with all the information needed for the stay and services available in the area. The place is well decorated and comfortable, the cleanness, the kitchen well equipped. Small details make a difference.

There is really nothing we would change, in fact we plan to go back next year.

The property was secluded and quiet, nestled among olive trees, but extremely convenient to get to beaches and restaurants by car. The property was beautiful and comfortable and we really enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on our private terrace, with no noise from traffic. The property was modern, and the shower pressure incredible!! Our hostess Luisa couldn't have been more friendly and helpful!

There were a few start up problems with the electricity and water being blocked off only for a short time on a couple of days during our stay. Hopefully these problems our solved soon. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely newly build houses on a quiet location, with everything you need. Very nice decoration. Luisa is a very friendly host.
