There feel like lots of rules posted all over the walls. These are mostly common sense/helpful expectations for sharing space, but it doesn't feel welcoming. The kitchen feels complicated to use around the rules (times, locked door), and the stove was broken when I was there.

Basic budget accommodation in a convenient location in Porto. Metro was a few minutes walk from the hostel and super easy to use. Supermarket was even closer. Easy to get to all of the attractions in Porto. Shared bathroom was clean. Fan was necessary and appreciated. For the price, I would consider staying here again.

Paint was chipping off in places. The receptionist did not speak English, sadly. The kitchen is only open in the morning.

The room, lobby and bathroom were clean. There was a kettle and tea in the room.

The beds and the sound of the television stopped after 5 minutes so i had to switch of the television to get sound.

Located 2 mins walk from the metro station was perfectly located for a weekend. Bed was new and above average for comfort and overall both rooms and toilet was clean. Toilet was shared with another 2 rooms but never had to wait (and other was available). I did not use the communal area on the ground floor but all seemed quiet. Definitely recommended and a big thanks to the staff that was very helpful.

The place was very well cleaned and everything was in perfect condition. The host was absolutely lovely and communicated very well, she also provided some additional snacks/coffee in the kitchen at breakfast time which was wonderful!

Check in later than 18:00 hours is not possible, this should be made clear prior to booking as travel delays are inevitable and although I provided arrival details they were ignored until the day before travel, luckily we arrived in time but it was an anxious situation, not what you want when on holiday.

The bathroom in our room was smelling like sewage or rotten eggs and it was really hard to sleep or rest in there.

The staff was friendly and you can have coffee and cookies for free in morning. The room is tidy and clean.

There were neighbours in house very close, they shouted all night long on my first night, then it was quiet. I stayed 3 nights.

To be honest I was not too fond of the size of the fridge and it would be nice if it had a freezer.

Overall the conditions of the room were excellent. The staff were also very nice and supportive.

We noticed how the electrical outlet was only extended to one side of the bed, leaving the other side without a place to plug their charges. Perhaps an additional extension could fix this. Given how small the washbasin is (and appropriately so!), it would be great to have a larger carpet to avoid soaking the floor.

This is easily one, if not the best, accommodation in terms of quality/price. You get everything needed at a reasonable price. The kitchen breakfast is a surprisingly good addition. The host was also kind and helpful allowing us to check-in much earlier.

I didn’t like because I was with my little girl she is 3 years older, one day arroud 3 pm she was played at room they went our room to complain if she can’t make noise because others guests is sleeping that time and it’s a child this is mean so rude because was during day time if they want to sleep they must to go hotel 5 stars

Very small room, the number of bathrooms is small compared to the rooms. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy.

They provide a key safe for those arriving after 6 p.m. and an online interface where check-in can be done. Air conditioner suitable for heating. Cleanliness.
