When I arrived at 4pm, and advised that I was arriving earlier at 3pm and the room was not cleaned yet. But then the staff offered us two drinks to apologise the situation.

I liked the view of the lofts, it was an incredible experience!

- breakfast not great - the same few things everyday, no vegetables but i appreciate soy milk - weird bathroom setup - huge bathroom with glass wall and the shower was separate, right next to the bed - very weak hairdryer

- beautiful views - large room - very clean - cheap bike rental, though older bikes - great location - the beach in front of the hotel wasn't very clean but 5 minutes by foot there's Praia Santa Rita and that one is absolutely beautiful

Spa complex could use improvement. It's noisy, no water bucket and spoon in the sauna. Heater in Turkish bath is hot and unprotected and looks like a switch. Jacuzzi foams up when turning on the jets. Questionable is the glass between shower and bedroom. Could use some form of shielding.

Would suggest having a kettle in the room for guests to make a cup of tea or coffee, it would be nice.

Clean and modern ocean facing hotel, rooms bright and fresh, also very spacious and comfortable. Ocean view from room is just stunning and hearing the the waves so close, it’s amazing. Great to have wooden floors in the rooms, instead of carpets which can make rooms very stuffy, nice shower with warm water and good pressures. Lovely walks on beach and into the surrounding hills also lovely and relaxing. If you want a getaway for some peace and tranquility, I recommend you stay at Promar Hotel. Hotel Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Water in hot tub was more warm than hot.

We liked the view. It is amazing to wake up next to the ocean and sleep with a sound of waves. Hotel is on a very sweet beach.

The breakfast doesn't have many options for vegetarian/vegan customers. But it has a good variety for others.

I asked for a room with enough space for a yoga mat and they kindly attended my request. The location is beautiful and mostly quiet. The SPA, even though it's small, it works well.

Shower in bathroom not very powerful Very small sink in the bathroom Glass door in the toilet not very private ! The sauna was out of order The steam room was really too hot You need a hair bonnet for the small indoor pool .

If I really have to find something, the silicone between the bathtub and wall seemed a bit compromise, maybe something to look into.

The view of the ocean with no impediments, falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves and nothing else was a dream. And the jacuzzi in the room was amazing. With the chilly weather we found we were able to enjoy it even in August!

Shower water would keep on getting extremely hot and when we turned the cold water it just wouldn't come anything at all.

Wonderful ocean view! We woke up to the beautiful view of the ocean. The bed is right under the window, and makes it possible to hear the waves during the night, so calming and relaxing! Great indoor pool temperature and facilities (turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi). Also the outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi were great!

The spa was not clean and very small. It needs some renovation. The room said “ocean view” but was mainly with a view on the restaurant.

Located on a quiet beach, with families and couples. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was amazing! We had Breakfast and dinner there. There a plenty of things to do in the area : horse riding, paddle boarding, nature walks, kids parc etc The massage i booked with them was really good too.
