We all loved it!

All the staff were extremely pleasant and ready to provide information. Our apartment within the hotel complex was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We loved the indoor pool, sauna etc, especially as it wasn’t that warm during our stay. It was handy to have a restaurant on site and there are several supermarkets a close drive away where we were about to stock up on additional supplies. Congratulations to the staff: you’re doing an excellent job!

Aircon wasn't great in the bedroom. There was a pool bar but what they were able to provide didn't match the menu. I don't know if they've only just opened, if they can get this up and running would be great. Pool very busy at the weekend, think it might be shared with local apartments?

Staff were very helpful. Able to check in early and leave our bags. They very helpfully arranged transport to a wedding we were attending for 11 people, and booked us a table at a local restaurant when the hotel one was full. The pool area is lovely and the bedrooms are a good size. Had a massage while there which was great, very relaxing. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The only thing that I might mention as a negative is that quite a considerable area is grass which was groomed by two gardeners on two separate days out of the three days we stayed there. Not enjoyable having two grass cutting machines working next to you while you are laying around the pool. Informing the guests beforehand might be a good idea, so that we can plan around this.

I am rarely this impressed with a hotel.. Great welcome, very kind staff, beautifully built resort, with a very interesting apartment system. One of the best massage I have ever had. Nice and very clean indoor&outdoor pool. Excellent breakfast. The calm&serenity of the place with the mild wind of the atlantic.. I cannot say enough. We were very tired when we arrived and left fully recharged at the end of our 3 night stay. I highly recommend this resort. I was told it is not this calm during the school holidays though:))

Breakfast a bit expensive at 15 euro per person. If staying a few days can do your shopping for everything in supermarkets.

Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely resort and so clean. Food in restaurant was lovely. Kimoa Beach Bar across from resort is highly recommended. Spa treatments amazing. Lovely little town with some fab restaurants. Lidl, Aldi and supermarket 15 minutes walk away. Apartments were fab with all mod cons, air con, even a washing machine which was great. Lovely pool. We went beginning May so no problem getting beds by pool, as pool area lovely but small. Used Uber to get into Lisbon City around 25-30 mins away. Shopping outlet 8 mins drive away. We had a lovely girls holiday and hope to return.

We loved the resort and all the facilities. The indoor pool at the time of our stay was relatively quiet and we ended up spending lots of time there. The access to the beach was excellent and we loved going on a walk every morning

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this resort. Its an one end of Alochete - which is well worth exploring - some really lovely little restaurants. The room was very comfy with a basic kitchen. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We had dinner at the hotel one night - which is Italian - really tasty. The spa facilities were good - very quiet and a really nice perk at the end of our holiday. There is a really good walk you can do from the hotel - aptly named the Mosquito route - which unsurprisingly had LOADS of mosquitoes, so cover yourself! Well worth it though - the wild flowers and local plants where out in full bloom and very pretty.

There was no note in the room or on the phone indicating reception’s phone number. Temperature thermostat stuck on one temperature and unchangeable. 2;00 euros fee for water that comes from a water machine and in a country where there is no shortage of water. It should be free and complementary to the guests.

The hotel asks to use the towels from the room for the pool, however there is no rack in the room to dry any clothes or towels. Adding a rack to the rooms is my recommendation.

Some amenities were not working (sauna) and as a result we had to go into another building in our spa attire to get into a working sauna. Room service also seemed to be a bit sluggish. I would have thought that for the rates charged, we would be counting on a resort firing at all cylinders. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience and would go there again in the future.

We had a very pleasant experience as we were celebrating our anniversary. The romantic package I’d ordered was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the spa facilities.

It was situated in a really boring place with nothing to do, not much nearby, not very nice scenery. The hotel was so quiet it felt really empty and there was just no vibes. Maybe it was the time we went, but it was half term for a lot of places so expect it to be a bit busier. The staff just let you get on with it, not helpful unless you asked for help.

The property was really modern and clean with everything to a really high spec. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant served good food.

Probably not ideal for our kids. A bit too quite. Would have a loved a kids club. WiFi was poor at times to do some remote working. Not enough hangers to hang our clothes.

The resort was fabulous better that we expected. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Would highly recommend to my friends. Food was great.

The view to the sea, I think they could clean the land in front of the pool so in that way the view will become spectacular. Is not that close to lisbon, but it is ok,
