The hotel does not have lots of facilities, but we knew that, and it is by its name a Boutique hotel.

Hotel was very customer-oriented. Rooms are beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in - super luxurious! I love that they provided champagne for our anniversary and also complimentary gingjia and port wine different days in your room. Breakfast buffet was worth it if not included; lots of options and extended time period compared to other hotels. Location was close to all the main plazas.

unfortunately when we arrived there was a problem with the floor in the lobby, so we couldnt use the dining room or bar in our hotel and had to use those in the sister hotel around the corner. The wine cellar was not open at all during our stay , which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. That was disappointing.

late check in was handled well. Room was a good size with everything you could need. Location is superb for central Lisbon. Every night a special treat was left in our room free of charge which was a nice touch.Staff were really helpful and very friendly, happy to chat and give good advice.

Rooms with the king bed were a bit tight but the bathroom was big and spacious.

Perfect location, many sites,shops & restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was very clean and modern. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.

Fantastic location in the middle of the city centre. Staff were always very polite, welcoming and helpful with recommendations and directions. Spacious room, with a large bathroom and wardrobe space. Large, comfortable bed. Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again if we returned to Lisbon.

While the location was central to the castle and Alfama, it was a bit further from the more trendy areas.

The young and delightful staff were eager to please. The manager, João, went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. A lovely small hotel experience.

What a lovely hotel with great service and wonderful breakfast. We liked the location very much and were able to catch a taxi easily to Lisbon sights. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite large and comfortable.
