Kitchen is not private..4 room use there...

204 number bus stop near the corner.it is easy to go porto...there is a lock on the room..so more securıty ...it is good for me.

Room was stuffy when we got there and the smell remained. We kept the a/c on to clear the smell and the landlord brought us an air freshener. He explained that the heavy rain had caused the smell, which we understand as the storm was lashing against the window and there was a some leakage. Also, the sound of the pipes when someone in the other flats have a shower is punishing if your trying to sleep or watch TV

Great location and lovely view out to sea. Room was good size and bathroom perfect for what we needed.

I didn't realise that the main tourist attractions were in the center of Porto and so it took us 20-30 mins to get to the city and come back. The toaster in the kitchen didn't work. And the trash bin in the bathroom zas also broken. Also it would have been nice if we received an idea of the basic tour ideas to help plan our trip.

The staff had put together a bottle of port wine & chocolates as a surprise for our friends Bachelorette. It was very kind of them! They were super reactive to my concerns and requests. The view of the hotel was very good too! They had uno cards, some games and books in the room which was really appreciated.

The lock entry to the room ("grey" for me) was fiddly and delayed recognition of button pressing caused quite a few re-tries to get into the room.

Great location, a minute away from the sea front in Foz. Good value compared to other places in this area I checked out, and perfectly clean and safe. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, as well as markets to stock up at. Fridge in the room which is always handy.

No communication about cleaning and what to expect re change of bedding and towels. We couldn't connect to watch any TV as everything was in Portuguese. There should have been instructions in English explaining about the TV and what to expect with regards to change of bedding and towels

The place not perfectly clean

The location is just perfect. A few bus stops to the city center of Porto. 2 min to the beach. 2 min to a supermarket. The view on the ocean is really nice, a balcony as well.

Excellent location overlooking the ocean. Clean small room. There is air conditioning, hair dryer, small refrigerator. One double bed and a sofa bed. There were 3 of us. We had a great 2 days! Thank you!!!

No sound isolation between the room and the common parts. The checkin was late and the staff doesn't answer questions they don't want to answer. Finally, we booked a room with see view but don't count on it. One room has view but all of them are advertised as see view.

The location is good and calm, not much noise from the outside. The room is modern and nice. The bed is fine.

Some confusion around checkin / check out times led to us arriving to an early room and then being rushed out of the room for it to be cleaned on our final day.

Great location, a little off the beaten track but close enough to explore Porto and still have some beach time. Great amenities locally for pastries, dinner and drinks.

There was a strange smell in the room, so I had to keep the window open all the time. Communication with hosts via booking.com wasn’t effective and I was recommended to contact them via WhatsApp

Location and view are exceptional. The room with a view is quite large and cozy. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, and you can take a ride along the ocean to the city center by comfortable bus #500

It would be a good idea to put a door knob or else on the outer door to the staircase as it is not possible to close it without a loud bang and wake up everyone in the apartment.

Close to the sea and a multitude of public transport (bus) in the vicinity.

The pillows were very flat and lumpy and while the mattress was very comfortable, they did not put a mattress pad or fitted sheet on it, just a top sheet laid on it so it moved around plus we could see some pretty bad stains on the mattress.

The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. The balcony and ocean view were exceptional! We could see surfers and the sunset perfectly in the evenings. We were just steps from the grocery store, Pinga Doce, several coffee and pastry places and some amazing restaurants along the water

The security codes for our initial entry were not accurately communicated to us, we spent a while, late at night, trying get into the property. Nevertheless Ricardo took our call so late and tried to guide us through it, still took a while. One fundamental digit was not explained. !

Great location. Really comfortable and clean, with the most amazing balcony with a view of the ocean. it was just amazingly perfect for us and such a lovely laid back place !

A little better cleaning upon check-in. But everything else was good.

The location is right next to the ocean, just cross the road. There are many scooter parking lots around, it is very convenient to get around.
