Parking on the streets was a little challenging at times, but we found a spot every night we were there, with a little exploration.

Loved the clean, bright, modern spacious rooms. High-quality bedding (wonderfully comfortable beds), big shower and bathroom area, tasty coffee available in the room and the option to use the communal kitchen. We had a car, so had no problem getting to a variety of grocery stores to stock up, and the village streets were easy to navigate once we got used to the steep, narrow, cobblestone streets.

Love the Porta da Arrabida. Second time we've stayed. Perfect location in the charming village of Palmela. Highly recommended.

Arrived in the middle of a medieval festival which blocked the road access to hotel. There was no staff on site at reception desk so no advice on where to park car or how to access hotel. All communication was done by text. Unfortunate that there were no breakfast facilities at hotel, cafe in front was open first day but closed for the rest of our stay. We never saw anyone in hotel, was mostly empty. Room description mentioned balcony with outdoor furniture but there was no private balcony from our room only a shared courtyard space that was not accessible. Most restaurants in town were closed during our stay.

Location was central in medieval town. Hotel was nice & clean. Room design was contemporary, a bit small but comfortable, good shower. Mini fridge & water bottles very convient. Request for coffee capsule refills was promptly done.

Some noise from the hallway from other guests. No daily cleaning. No information upon arrival, no one to show you around the available facilities.

Extra chair in case two people stay in the room (there is only one chair in the room), but not a big issue

The host was great. She answered all of our questions and did it promptly even though we arrived later in the evening. This is a modern and clean apartment complex. There is a shared kitchen that is nice and clean and even has lockers. There is also a library, which is nice. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. The location is fine, it is a little ways from Lisbon, about 30-40 min drive, so commuting every day might be an issue, but we had a car, so it was not a problem for a couple of days. It could also be a great base if you would like to visit Algarve. Overall, happy with our stay. Will come again. Thank you.

The room could have done with a dressing mirror with a socket nearby, also an iron and ironing board. I luckily enquired prior to coming so managed to pack extension cable and iron in suitcase.

It was a great place and we booked it just to be close to the Lisboa, but we were suprised how much sightseeing's we have got. There was no breakfast during our stay in may, but this is not a problem. All rooms are with coffee machine and capsules. Market is a little bit down of the street and we bought some fruits and snacks. Somebody wrote about parking - no problem at all. Yes, there are very tight and old streets, but it depends on your skills to drive, just be prepared. Atmosphere of the city - is just wow. A nice restaurant is in the city with local fish. Rooms are super clean, nice bed, pillows.

The location was nice, walking distance to the castle and had a cafe across the street. I loved the terrace which was beautiful at night to see the castle lit up. The rooms are surprisingly spacious with a nice sized shower. It had AC and a small balcony. Parking was pretty easy. We arrived late and checked out early, and they made it very smooth!

The location was wonderful and Susanna recommended the nearby cafe and restaurant which was superb. The rooftop terrace was a lovely situation for an evening drink. Cleanliness was exceptional and the towels were the best we have had in Portugal. Thank you.

the parking was a nightmare as it was on the tiny street. people will park about 1 inch to the wall, good luck with a big car. this may be less of an issue after the summer months.
