It’s laid back atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed its location overlooking the harbour.

The only negative with the place was that if you have room facing the street, there will be music on at least saturdays from the restaurant opposite and also from the outdoor area if there is a concert. The concert ends på 12, but if you have an early start the day after, that is not optimal, so you might need to bring earplugs. We also didn’t have a working A/C on our room when we arrived in the middle of the night so needed to switch rooms. When you arrive in the middle of the night and are tired, this is hassle you can do without.

We liked that it was close to the city center and to the harbour. The rooms where fine, cleaned, big enough and modern. Since it was beg of sept the hotel was not full and there where space enough by the pool. The breakfast was ok not as good as on the most hotels in Sweden, but good enough.

Just a note that a taxi from the airport was €40-45, as the hotel is the opposite side of town from the airport. Everything else was great!

Good location and good facilities. We really liked the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely! Also very convenient for the feet to Porto Santo.

It was loud and noise until 24 h - midnight - from the techno music at the other side of the street. The night was realy silent .

The club across the road can be noisy, but we were promptly moved to a room where this was not a problem after discussing to matter with staff. Thank you :)

The hotel was excellent, nothing to dislike.

My wife just got out of Hospital in Madeira and we booked the CR7 hotel to wait for a flight to get home to England. The staff were amazing, the management did everything to assist us. Our flight the following day was early evening and the Hotel allowed us to remain in or room until we needed to leave. This was fantastic customer service and very much appreciated by us. They arranged our taxi to the airport and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its location is good being only a 15 minute walk to the centre. The staff were generally very good, helpful and friendly barring the odd one or two. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was very good as as described. I would definitely recommend

Disco club across the road is very disturbing. Hotel should supply ear plugs. Music lasted until sunrise and it’s impossible to sleep.

We loved everything! No bad sides!

Super friendly and professional staff!! The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is also super great as well! We were lucky to be there for a pool party they’d organize on the roof and it was amazing, a lot of activities (like barber corner, massage corner, tattoo corner…) and good music! Would 100% recommend to stay there!

the restaurant is not to the standard of the rest (accommodation, breakfast); it´s more like fast-food type restaurant with pizzas and hamburgers. a more refined cuisine would be welcome (that´s why we never had diner at the hotel but in nearby restaurants).

prime location right in the harbour, giving the opportunity to watch cruising vessels dock and leave which is quite a show. centrally located with a wide choice of restaurants within walking distance on both sides of the hotel (east and west). nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds to soak the sun while watching the port activity. the decoration of the lobby is nice and young, buffet breakfast is very good and offer a wide choice of things.

The nightclub across the road kept us up Friday and Saturday night , very load and the only complaint I’d have about the area
