Room is bit dated but is comfortable. Bed was really comfortable. I had balcony with view to the river, with two sun beds and parasol. Bathroom was big, shower had excellent water pressure. Room was cleaned daily and breakfast was included.

The hotel is rather dated and tired. Part of our balcony was taped off due to loose floor tiles. Some missing light bulbs in the room. No English spoken so had to get by on a mixture of French and Spanish.

Convenient location for town centre and historic centre a short walk away. Friendly, welcoming couple running the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a large balcony with a good view. Also a good large bathroom. Breakfast provided was adequate.

Owners went out of their way to help and though did not serve dinner as out of season, provided an early breakfast. room was spacious, large ensuite and own patio overlooking the dam. great location.

The rooms and bathrooms, whilst nice and clean, could use some refurbishment as they are looking quite old.

The view really is incredible! The staff were informative and helpful. The beds were comfortable. They were really helpful catering for dietary differences in our group (gluten free and veggie)

Butter and spreads in those vile little plastic packets! These should not be used ! Otherwise it was great and the hosts were lovely ☺️

The breakfast would benefit from having toast as an option. Be prepared for everything to be shut on a Sunday and the absence of anywhere to eat.

The hotel was easy to find and had on street parking outside. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Great views over the river but less appealing on the other side of the building.

Nothing, if you want to stay in Mirada del Duro. For us it was just a convenient stop on a long journey. I can’t see why you’d go there otherwise.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and friendly, if a little antiquated. A good view of the lake and valley with our own private terrace.

The facilities in the room are a bit antiquated. The balcony/terrace offers amazing view but ZERO privacy, you can see people next to you, as well as those in rooms below/above. The staff can seem a bit tired of tourists at the beginning.

Awesome location. Amazing views. Parking right outside in the street, free. Breakfast included, great price-quality rate. The staff are an elderly couple, they might seem a bit unwelcoming at the beginning, but that's just an impression. The room is basic, but what you expect for the price. Beds just comfy enough.

What a gem. From outside it's just a cafe but the room was amazing. Had it's own sun terrace overlooking the Duoro. Absolutely stunning. We didn't book the river view (more expensive) but the lovely owner gave us the river view at no extra cost, although it is well worth the extra price. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay again

We loved it. Stayed one night and had a balcony directly overlooking the dam, just like the cover photo. Also included a small continental breakfast served in a comfortable breakfast room.

We not only had the superb view over the canyon and the cathedral of Miranda - we also got a large terrace with sunbeds, and managed to find a parking space outside. We also loved the fresh and friendly breakfast. Great location, superb value!

The lighting on the stairs ws a bit hit and miss

Checkin was via the cafe bar downstairs and the owner was fantastic - very helpful and very friendly. The room was good and the view .. Well it certainly was Bella ! I even gad eagles flying above.
