The staff were a bit remote and formal at the beginning but they were later friendly.

It was in the new city rather than the old and I had misunderstood that from the information on this site. However I later appreciated that as the area was good, restaurants were convenient and the metro was very nearby. I wasted a lot of money getting there by taxi when I could have gone on the metro.

It was very clean and had every comfort, because I was a single traveller. The room might have felt squashed with two people and luggage.

There was no place to put the trash/garbage in the room. The safe box was not working.

It was centrally located— close to transportation, restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was fresh with variety of bread, juice, yogurt, etc. The staff were all very helpful.

The noise!! There was a bar next door that blared music all afternoon and into the evening.

The close location to the metro.

The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the city center.

The rooms were very small. We asked for a crib and didn't get one. We asked for the rooms to be close together, and they were 4 floors apart which was disappointing. No wifi in the lobby was a bit difficult when trying to check in. When we first arrived, the front desk had a gate around it and there was no one there. After 5 mins or so, someone arrived, but it worried us to start.

The breakfast was good, and we really appreciated that the property could store our luggage for the day.

Breakfast was low in options. Coffee terrible. We have up after two mornings and went round the corner and bought breakfast at a lovely cafe for the remainder of our trip.

Location couldn't be better. 1 min to the metro which means to could get anywhere in the city quickly without taxi. Area around had good choice shops and restaurants. Room was a very good size with balcony and all amenities were very good especially the shower.

The room was very small with practically no audio insulation, and next-door neighbors were heard. The windows could be better insulated as well; every plane landing in the Lisbon airport is heard.

The location is not central but close to the metro. The 24 hours reception is friendly and efficient. The breakfast is OK but nothing special. The rooms are clean. though we did not find a way to signal room service not to clean the room.

I didn't like the breakfast. There weren't enough choices and I didn't like the taste.

The staff were helpful. The hotel was clean enough. The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station. I think the hotel was value for the money.

There was a dog barking on the floor below but not too loudly and I just put in ear plugs - wasn't a problem

I don't understand why this is one star?! So cosy, lovely marble, I was not on the street side so it was quiet. Very atmospheric to hear the church clock gong. I guess it is a relatively small room but how big does it need to be?! Didn't affect anything.

The breakfast was always the same, as many reviewers have also mentioned, but the selection was OK. We were there at Easter, it would have been nice to serve some Easter speciality, just a recommendation for the future.

Location, reasonably low price for a modern-looking room, and friendly staff are the main strengths of this hotel. Unfortunately, while the rooms boast a very modern and stylish appearance, cleanliness is not the hotel's strongest suit. The main blanket in the room was very thin. However, an additional warmer one was available in the room, but it was all stained and covered in crumbs, which made it unappealing to even touch, let alone sleep under. Additionally, a strong plumbing odor emanated from the bathroom, and there was a constant infiltration of cigarette smell into my room, causing me a severe headache. It was quite odd considering there were signs throughout the hotel indicating no smoking, but apparently, that didn't deter some guests.
